Probably like many many other have said RTS should remain on PC.

I don't thinking anything on this earth is a good as a mouse can CAN point and click your virtual army to victory.

RTS games should only be made for the PC. The versatility of the mouse when it comes to these kinds of games can't be ignored and selecting a group of units on a controller sucks. It is easier to use strategy when you can select and move you're offensive units without much effort.

Other games (RPG, Puzzles, FPS, platformers, etc) should not be segregated. I've played these games on both and I do not believe that they are superior on one or the other.

No games should be "Restricted" because of their genre. However there are certain genres that work best on consoles or PCs.

RPG - PC. Not a huge thing but keyboard and mouse generally allows for better inventory control, and better character control either in First Person (Mass Effect) or Third (Dragon Age)
FPS - PC. Keyboard and Mouse, anyone who thinks a joypad is more effective is wrong. Sorry.
Platform - Console (obvious)
Sports Games - Console
Fighting/Beat em Up - Console
RTS - PC. (Obvious)
Flight/Space Sims - PC.
Racing - Console.
Party Games (Guitar Hero, Super Smash Bros) - PC. (Joke)
Gimmick Games - Wii

You'd probably get some which are a draw as well. Something like Splinter Cell which combines platform esque manouvres with FPS shooting probably have different facets of their gameplay which work better or worse on console or PC. GTA is another, shooting better on PC, driving better on console. Personally I'd probably prefer Splinter Cell on PC and GTA on console (Controlling the Helicopters on GTA with keyboard and mouse is a nightmare, though it doesen't have to be. Operation Flashpoint has brilliant choppers with K&M.)

However the PC does have bonuses which aren't specifically tied to genre. Oblivion I'd say is slightly better on the PC, when you take into account the massive modding community the gap suddenly grows a whole lot. Same thing when you add dedicated servers into the PC FPS equation.
