What game has the best/ coolest/ most kickass weapons?

Team Fortress 2 has some sweet weapons, like a fire axe wrapped in barbed wire, a huge minigun that essentially stun-locks enemies, a sawed-off shotgun that sends enemies flying backwards, and a jar of pee that makes enemies take more damage.
Nobody ever seems to talk about Prey [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prey_(video_game)]. But it's pretty interesting. Your guns are all living creatures. Although beyond that, they're pretty much just your typical assault rifle, SMG, energy gun, grenade, etc. But they LOOK pretty unique. Like, the assault rifle has a button which makes a giant tentacle shoot out and latch onto your face (your own face), which serves as a targeting system for the sniper rifle (which it morphs in to). It's a cool idea. There's another gun that can suck up fire or electricity out of the walls and shoot it at people.
Painkiller. For nothing is cooler than a game that shoots shurikens and lightning.
No, but I think Half-Life 2's Gravity Gun is pretty awesome, especially in that one horror level where there are nothing but circular saws to chuck. I split a poison head crab in half vertically with one of those. It was pretty sick.

Hey, yes! Thanks for the reminder. I loved running around with an SMG in one hand and a double-barreled sawed off shotgun in the other.Ironic Pirate said:

The Farsight was pretty cool, too. It homes in on enemies through walls. There's also a gun called the Phoenix, which had the best reloading mechanism I've ever seen in a game; really captured the alienness of the gun. It sort of absorbed an orb of energy into its membrane. Laptop gun was cool, too; a Transformer of a gun that can look like a laptop, or an assault rifle, or deployed as a sentry turret.
