Wait what? There's such a thing as a good fanbase? 0.0
Yeah.......... so no. I mean, it's impossible to talk to fans properly, because whenever you're surrounded by a fanbase, like on a forum or even in real life, you simply cannot talk to it about the game, since when you start discussing the negative aspects of the game, they will immidiately start shunning you with that weird, pack-hunting instinct and bring up arguments like "well, if you don't like it, why are you even talking about it".
Honestly, if you want to know what your majority of fanbases is like, watch Zero Punctuation's "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" and then "Mailbag Showdown" and you'll see that when people talk about fanbases being "horrible, ungrateful and stupid", that's usually for a reason.
But if I really had to mention a fanbase I really liked, I'd probably go for the ones of an obscure, artsy-indie game, because at least they'd be a more creative sort of people and there would be fewer of them. -.-
(Yay, 5th post. Really just keeping track now...)
