probably Mortal Kombat or maybe Street Fighter, but I'm willing to bet they don't count because they are fighting games, correct (even thought that wasn't specified)? I must have been Mortal Kombat Trilogy about 40 times.

It has to be Metal Gear Solid 2:Sons of Liberty; there was a time when I could complete it in just a few hours and did it a few times daily. (That second part was just for like one really boring week in the summer, mind.)

Three games, Elder scrolls: Oblivion, Ocarina of Time (THE SONG OF STORMS OMG SOOOOOO LEET) and Disgaea, and anyone who's played and loved a Disgaea game knows exactly what I mean.

Somebody else played Rule of Rose? More than one time? Don't know what to say. I guess...Get in the onion bag weirdo!
I played Resident evil 1,2 and three so much I had to be hospitalized for zombie associated delusional behavior. Resident Evil 2 and three got the most playthroughs, 2 because of all the alternate versions of the game, and three because you had to beat it like 16 times to get the whole story and all the goodies.
Half-life the original. Played that, and most of it's mods a million times. Loved Poke64, They Hunger, Uss.Darkstar...Final Fantasy 7 got at least 3 playthroughs, Dead Space and Fear got multiple run throughs, The Suffering 1-2, EVERY Hitman game at least a dozen times. Demon's Souls about 5 times now on one character, about 8 times over all, Bioshock 1, Fallout 3...I could probably go on, but I think it's someone else's turn...

Well, it depends how you define "completed". If you mean just a simple run through the story mode, I'm actually really not sure. Mass Effect maybe? Silent Hill 2? Silent Hill: Homecoming?

If you mean 100% complete, Assassins Creed 2, just because that's the only thing I've absolutely completed (besides the treasures, and I'm not that bothered currently, maybe at a later date though for kicks). All feathers, all costumes and missions (including the ones bought from the X-Box 360 marketplace and from uPlay), upgraded the town completely, got all weapons, armour and pouches, all achievements and completed the entire game.

I have 99% completion in Batman: Arkham Asylum which is probably closer than any other game I have ever played. The only achievement I don't have is the one for completeing the entire game. STUPID RIDDLER TEETH!!!

Baldur's Gate 1&2 and Fallout 1&2. I played through all of them dozens of times over the years. I must break them out at least once a year and play them.

Back when I had the Genesis, I completed most of the games I owned on that countless times, mostly Sonic games. I could never finish X-Men 2 or Spiderman/X-Men Arcade's Revenge.

On other systems, I finished Ocarina of Time probably 4 or 5 times, Fable twice, and random fighting games many times,

You can't really "complete" the game, but Civilisation IV has been the most played game in my collection. For actual completions it's probably Fallout 2 or Morrowind. The original Fallout would be on that list if I didn't keep screwing it up or the game corrupting my save files.

Pro-Tip: For the love of everything good, take your goddamned Rad-X before entering the Glow. You have been warned.
