Either Half-life 2(5 times or so), or Portal(I lost count after 12 ... so I guess portal but I felt like including a second place...)

I have completed all the Doom games on more occasions than I can readily count.

I know it's somewhat tragic but I think it makes me pretty badass (and that's what matters).

not counting all of chrono trigger's "endings" (i only played through twice but got all of them)
Definitely KOTOR - played through about 9 times.

Halo, all three in the main trilogy, quite often (lost count exactly how often). Or any of the Spyro/Crash games for the PS1 (when they went to other platforms they took out everything good. With the possible exception of 'Year of the Dragonfly', and maybe 'Crash: Twinsanity'.).

I like to go back and wipe the floor with Sonic 3 + Sonic and Knuckles so I can stay sharp on the blue sphere game. It's almost like a party trick to be able to pull that game out and get 14 "Perfect" clears in a row on the bonus levels.

I also find myself revisiting Ocarina of Time more than I'm willing to admit. The dungeon design in that game is still impressive.

Morrowind, easily.
That's dedication! It took me about two years of playing on and off before I finally finished playing Morrowind the first time.

For me I think it was both KOTOR games, and DOA4.

Jak 2 probably. At least 4 times, and I never skip the cutscenes.

I've played the original Half-life a forever amount of times, I know that. I know there's more though, but it's pretty hard to remember.

I don't tend to play games more than once but I have completed Halo 3 at least 5 times because I play with friends. I've also completed all of the original Spyro games 2 or 3 times. Actually, just remembered Sonic 2! I have probably completed that over 10 times easily.

Legend of Dragoon, 7 times I played it, and loved every minute of it, I liked it better then FFVII (me thinks someone is gonna say Blasphemy!)

only other game I've done more then twice would be Eternal Darkness: Santity's Requiem... Best Game Ever IMO.

Phantasy Star IV on SEGA Genesis.

Spent $90 on it back in 1995, played it and beat it every now and then til the internal battery back-up died THIS year. So I'd say I've beaten it a couple hundred times, I know the whole game by memory beginning to end. Usually stopped leveling the party around the early-80s to avoid the lvl 99 glitch. Even in the upper-70s range, the final boss is a cakewalk anyway.

Any other games I played and beat more than humanly necessary would be Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, & 3 and Shining Force I & II. Got a lot of enjoyment out of my Genesis, can ya tell? ;)

I get my kicks on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for Xbox now to preserve my cartridges.

Chrono Trigger. Hurray for New Game +!
This too! Still have my SNES cart of it. New Game + is great for seeing all the endings, though there's still nothing better than the full play-through of the game. Such an epic story. :D

I'd probably have to go with Streetfighter II if I'm honest, purely because you can finish it in like half an hour.

But in terms of full length 1 player games, it'd have to be Painkiller, I just bought it again on Steam after I lost my cds, and am thoroughly enjoying the expansion apart from a couple of annoying platform bits that every review has bitched about, entirely fairly.

Painkiller, it's just plain FUN. If you've not tried it, give it a go, nailing monks to dungcarts with wooden stakes never gets old!
