Gears of war 2.

Online I've racked up 20 day(s), 07:16:53 (the gears site keeps records). That's just multiplayer on live.

I've also completed the campaign 4 times on insane, 3 times on hardcore, 5 times on normal and 35 times on easy with friends, and for achievements, and about 3 days of horde.

Still no where near seriously 2.0 though :p

WoW and TF2, according to xfire. Games before I got xfire? I can't remember. Must have clocked up a lot on certain xbox and ps2 games, though.
its xfire is near useless for tf2 since the new steam update. Oh wait I see you pirated it :) nice job not paying for a fantastic game.

well any way, if you do the combined hours on pokemon, its like 700 hours, if you do the individual, then its 360 on saphire, and my second most played game is Tf2, with 310 hours.

If we measure hours, then it has to be the civilizations (all of them, except 2) at at least a hundred hours each.
If we measure playing cycles (remember - get interested - play - get bored - forget) then it's either X-com or Master of Magic, going at some 15 cycles each.

Deadrising, I've sunk well over 300 hours into that game and have risen to the 67th spot on the leader board.

Disgaea DS I remember having a huge play time on. I think the overall winner has to be the Pokemon games. 160 hours on Heart Gold and I barely scratched the surface.

World of Warcraft... 4 lvl 60 characters sucks a lot of the life out of you.

Definitely WoW here, though I definitely logged a ton of time on Fallout 3 and Morrowind. And Picross 3D, I think I've put about 60 hours into it.

Edit: seeing Halcyeon's post, Civ as well I can't even imagine how much time I've spent playing the various incarnations.

1. Civilization Franchise: easily over 10k hours. (2 or 3 probably has the most playtime - only because 4 hasn't been out long enough to rival them but I expect it to surpass them.)
2. Diablo 2: 1000+ probably
3. Arcanum: 400-500 probably
4. Tropico 1: 400-500 probably

If MMOs are in this, back when I played Anarchy Online I know I racked up close to 15k+ hours.

I suppose I am a hopeless KOTOR nut. I've finished that game like 8 times.

Although apparently I'm not quite as bad as some of the post in this thread...

Pardon me, I did not pirate TF2. I had the Orange Box when it came out and have been playing TF2 since then. Xfire has clocked me many hours on it. I'm not sure to what you're actually referring, but I did not pirate my favourite game, thanks.

One Must Fall: 2097 and Frontier: Elite 2. Both have been in my gaming collection off and on over the years (off being the past coupe of years where I either haven't had access to a computer or haven't had access to a computer capable of handling DOS games. I've been playing both games intermittently since 1995, and love them still.

Modern games I've clocked up massive amounts of time in.... Oblivion, Prototype, Fallout 3, Red Faction: Guerrilla, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Mirror's Edge. I have to add in Shinobido: Way of the Ninja on PS2, because that game and its PSP version are still the only good ninja games I've found (any argument which relies on the words "Gaiden" or "Tenchu" is missing what "ninja" means)
