WoW easily. A distant second would be SiSSYFiGHT2000, it's dead no but it was a lot of fun while it lasted.

Warcraft III: 500 Tourney matches, countless custom games. I'd estimate 150-200 days.
CoD4: 9500 matches (none of which are SnD), 45 days.
Halo 2: 7000 matches
