Age of Mythology is NOTHING to be ashamed of playing.
I feel ashamed that I was so young when I played all those games for so long. :p

I don't play enough on Steam to keep track, but when I was in the hospital for a few weeks, I put in ALOT of time on Torchlight.

Titan Quest is another major one, and pretty much anything on Pogo (kills time when I only have a few minutes)

Let's check steam:

Counting down in order of total playtime

5. Mount And Blade: Warband with exactly 100 hours.
4. X3: Reunion with 111 hours.
3. Grand Theft Auto with 116 hours.
2. X3: Terran Conflict with 229 hours.
1. Empire Total War with a total of 243 hours (about half of which I was waiting for it to load.)

There aren't actually that many. Only Timesplitters: Future Perfect and the 360 version of Team Fortress 2.

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time+Majora's Mask, Banjo Kazooie+Tooie, Donkey Kong 64, Super Mario 64, and Rayman 2 are the games that come to mind here.
I could have just said "Every conventionally outstanding and noteworthy game on the N64" and saved myself the brain and arm work, but I didn't cause I like ya!

Everquest. I can't remember how long I played it, but I played for almost five years, so assuming an average of an hour a day that would be probably be something like 1600 hours. That's just a guess though.

I also think I played Rock band 2 for over 100 hours, but it doesn't have a timer feature, so I can't say for sure.

Quake 1 (and maybe 3, not sure)
EverQuest 1 (actually this one puts the idea of 100 hours into the laughably easy category. I am pretty sure I hit 100 days before I quit).
Lord of the Rings Online
Eldar Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Mass Effect 1 and 2
Dragon Age: Origins

Metroid Prime Trilogy (if you count them as one, which I do, because I played them all in a row, on all difficulties).

Final Fantasy VII (literally stopped after I realized I had reached 100 hours, beat Sepiroth around the 70 hour mark though).

Donkey Kong Country (I can beat it in under an hour, but I've played it close to 100 times by now).

Played through KOTOR a few times, a few Zeldas (MM & ALttP for sure, maybe Oot), and I'm getting close with Hitman: Blood Money.
