Uh... Oblivion, Fallout, Half Life 2+ GMod, and Mount and Blade are the first few to come to mind. Not really sure about other ones though.
I actually logged over 200 hours in Pokemon Crystal before the battery backup in it died and I lost all my save data. Probably Pokemon Red/Blue as well, seeing as how I beat that game like 10 times.
Also, I've done well over 100 hours in Fallout 3, and probably in Dragon Age: Origins as well.
I'm not sure if I have in Fable: The Lost Chapters or not. I've played through it several times, and it's certainly possible, but I'm not quite sure.

I thought it said 100 DAYS then. Lord, I've been playing WOW for far too long now. ._. *hint* 157 days on one character *hint* *hint*... *hint*.
Other than that, I have no frigging clue. I once managed 200 hours on a single Pokemon save; although these days I play as many non MMO's as the Pope does hentai flash games.

Do I get any extra points for how many times its over 100 hours? MW2 I have 400 hours played, and its probably safe to say I have over 200 days played on WoW.
I envy you guys who can keep playing a single player game after you've finished it. This is pretty much why I rent most of my games.

COD4 - 500 hrs
MW2 - 175 hrs

Guild Wars - am sure it took a lot more than 100 hours, can't remember how much exactly, was a while ago.
Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3 - Morrowind I played for months on end, Oblivion I remember my 2nd character save was at 118 hours played time (made 3 chars in total over the years iirc), Fallout 3 I created two characters over time, definitely went over 100 hours total
Counter Strike, Battlefield 1942 with all the expansions and Vietnam, Jedi Knight games, C&C Generals Zero Hour - mostly played/play these in LAN with friends back in the day and from time to time nowadays, definitely over or at least close to 100 hours each.
GTA games - guessing way over 100 hours each in GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas. GTA 4 I doubt I spent that much time on, got bored of it rather fast after going through the questline
Civilization 3 - most likely but can't say for sure
That's all I can think of right now, but there's probably more (first two Commandos games I played for ages but that was too far back to remember)
