I've logged over 100 hours in many games, but WoW has everything beat at 275 days, 21 hours, and 40 minutes, by the count of a mod that aggregates /played time across all characters on an account.

Fallout 3 - Bound to be around 140 hours.
Football Manager 2008 - 100 hours? Pish, I've clocked up over 3 months worth of gaming on one save.
Pro Evolution Soccer - Earlier games I played until my eyes bled, 2008 edition got the most love.

Games I am sure of:
KOTOR
KOTOR 2
Tales of Symphonia

Games that I probably have but don't have in-game timers:
Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town
Guitar Hero 3
Spider-Man 2

You can add Dragon Age on this list pretty soon. I'm currently at around 80 hours.

Though there is no timer, without a doubt SimCity 4.
Also the PS3 Star Ocean.

I'm sure there are others, but that's what pops to mind at the moment. :)

100 hours? Shoot.....
Team Fortress 2 (x15 over 100)
Fallout 3 (x8)
Counter-Strike Source (x5)
Left 4 Dead 1&2, they are the same game (x1)
And plenty of others, but only Steam keeps track of my hours, so I can't exactly tell.

I actually got 114 hours of WoW in one week a few years ago (we were pushing for a server first Onyxia and I was a devoted farmer back then). This was during winter holidays, while I still lived at home. Breakfast, WoW, lunch, WoW, dinner, WoW, 4 hours of sleep, WoW, Breakfast again. That was a fun week...

In Baldur's Gate 2 I racked up over 300 hours in one play-through. The original Modern Warfare I've stacked over 175 hours... damn clan warfare. Dragon Age, Mass Effect, and Mass Effect 2 have consumed monumental amounts of time as well thanks to their re-playability. That's just to name a few.

Kind of sad when you think about it lol.

Fallout 3
Baldur's Gate II (damn addictiveness)
WoW (DAMN YOU WOW!!!)
Battlefield 1942 (multiplayer with Family and Friends)
Company of Heroes (same as above)
Dragon Age
Mass Effect 1 and 2 (not combined)
Civilization 3 and 4 (not combined.... hell, it'll be in the 300 range)

.. I had Cronic Fatigue Sydrome... all I could do was game and sleep :(
