What game have you spent the most time playing?

Which game if any did you invest several hours / days / weeks / years into the most and maybe regret it now...or maybe not.

For some people this is probably an obvious MMO question, with WoW being the top of the picks, but has anyone else spent ages in a Modern Warfare or Fifa for example to the point they racked up the highest score or made several friends from that one experience alone?

How about counter strike, surely they absorbed some of your souls

I suppose for me it would be Diablo 2, no other game raped me of my time and commitment as much as that game did. I had sleepless nights with that one.

Note: If you can't think of one, feel free to mention others.

On the console version, no less.

So much fun making and trying new classes. So much fun...The only game I played for at least a year.

With 300+ hours. This needs no explaining.

I don't have a full playtime estimate, but I've beaten it well over 50 times (Somewhere between playthrough 59-61, not exactly sure), with at least 25 hours each playthrough (I've had some last 100 hours, so it can really be anywhere in between that.), depending on what types and how many mods I have.

i Think my most hours were in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (over 300+ hours) or Kingdom Hearts 2, roughly around the same amount of hours as Sonic.

I don't even know. Oblivion, Final Fantasies VII-X, Fallout 3, Mass Effects 1 & 2, GTA & Saints Row 2, SSX3. I play a lot of games to death...

Don't know. I'm going to say an hour. Either the Ultimate Alliance game that came with the 360, or RTS I was stupid enough to rent for the 360.

I think it is WoW with 4000+ hours. The next is probably Final Fantasy VII.

Probably RuneScape (Few hours every day for 5 years >_>) Otherwise it's Final Fantasy X with a dashing 500+ hours and Kingdom Hearts 2 with about 250 hours.

I had 600-ish hours in MW2. I've got 100 hours in Civ V.
I've never really kept track ... gee, thanks Steam and CoD online counters... I REALLY need a running tally of how much I play Zombie Driver.

The absolute most time would be Neverwinter Nights, with over 2000 hours logged since 2005(only 175 of those as a DM on a specific server). The second most would be Persona 3(between all 3 variations about 300 hours).

As for the least that would be Bullitwitch, which I was glad I didn't pay anything to play it. It was a copy for the local MWR in Japan, but it was a terrible game. I think I managed to get to a tank, and after I couldn't skip the lightning strike animation the second time I used it, I just gave up.
