Day of Defeat Source. You're standing there aiming with the bazooka at a small group of people willing to die by explosion when a jerk runs in front of you causing both of you to die a horrible death. That happens a lot.

I'm surprisingly patient, evidently. I came very close to rage quitting Dragon Age when it turned out that it will autosave before a boss fight, but not after you get lucky and defeat the bastards! And, inevitably, someone will spring a trap and kill you on the road right after a boss fight. <_<

I'm usually too paranoid with saves to get caught on that...
I have to agree with the choice of game , but i`ve never had any problems with the auto-save , what i do have a problem with however is MOTHERFUCKING CHEATING BASTARD DRAGONS!!!!! ....Sorry they really are annoying though

Ninja Gaiden 2, Call of Duty 4: Mile High Club Level

In NG I can't beat the second encounter with the Spider Boss and with the other level I really don't need to say what keeps happening, I know I'm not alone in that boat.

Probably Tekken 6. Everyone I've played online so far has been either Christie or Eddie, the two cheapest characters in the game!

Oh well. At least I don't have to put quarters in my Xbox...
Holy crap they've managed to surpass Paul Pheonix in cheapness? I didn't think it was possible.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica X. Holy shit, the Tyrant was brutal. I just got so mad. Almost chucked my controller, then realized it was the only one I had and I was flat broke.

I know there have been others but recently it has to be Dissida FF. God when you go up against higher levels and they just wont fucking take any damage and beat the shit out of you over and over again it makes me very close to throwing my PSP through my TV (my tv has nothing to do with it but it would cause the most destruction).
I had that problem too. Try equipping a summon that multiplies your attack e.g. Ifrit
And timing your blocking is crucial to beating those assholes.

OT: Mine is Ninja Gaiden on original Xbox, that game makes Ninja Gaiden 2 look like a walk in a park

Project Eden. You don't necessarily die a lot, but the puzzles can be hard as piss to figure out. I don't know anyone that's beaten it without a guide.
Well, I did beat it without a guide, took me a while and lots of patience; it didn't help that this game was really ugly, even at the time it came out, but I still like it.

Last game I remember rage quitting is Half Life 2;
(superior graphics, but inferior gameplay when compared to half-life 1)
the passage where you have to defend yourself against waves of generic bad guys with 3 turrets, in hard mode...

Ninja Gaiden on the original Xbox. That game was just.. killing.
Ho, yeah. The bloody tutorial was harder than most games :l Not to mention I was an immature 12 year old. I certainly didn't get along with that game >>'

OT: Warcraft 3 I think. Damn annoying trying to get into just one bloody game, if you were unable to DL it quick enough.. and there was always those retard-ish leavers.

Man, if you even got in a decent game you were lucky.

FF10 when i was really young. Pokemon Wifi battles, Assassin's Creed when you gotta get to the boat.

I'm tempted to say "Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories" but Fire Emblem games, specifically Path of Radiance takes my vote. I would always try to keep everyone alive, and I never quite figured out if I could save on the field, so every time someone died, I'd have to hit the reset button on my Gamecube. DX

I'd always come back half-an-hour later, but there were some levels that took me at least five tries. D:

Ah but was that a rage quit or a fear quit?

For me it's probably Left 4 Dead, but even then it's a very rare occurance. Just a "join a game on the last map with my guy already dead" kinda scenario.
