Final Fantasy 13, I don't care what reviews give it I'm getting it and not seeing another minute of sunlight
Bioshock 2, I am really worried it won't be as good as the original because from what I've seen in trailers it looks much more action packed then scary, which it will still be fun, it's not what I want out of Bioshock

Mass Effect 2. I can't wait for it to come out. January 26th, 33 days seems like such a long time to wait.

Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine. I can't play the "gorey" ones becasue of the rating damit. I really wanted the new AVP. Just going to get the old ones...

Splinter Cell Conviction and Army of Two The 40th Day are interesting but I'll have to see how well they play
(ME2 currently holds my top interest if the story and gameplay holds up better, SCC if I can try out the game to see how I like the feel)
edit: oh yeah, and Merry Christmas =) I really should go to bed to wake up bright and early tomorrow lol

Brink and Bioshock 2.
Brink is going to be the shit, as for Biosock 2... I'm not quite sure why I want it so badly. It's lost most of the elements that made the first one great. But, I'm sure as hell going to get it!
