Currently Fallout New Vegas; Ultimate Edition. Been meaning to buy New Vegas ever since it was released, but I kept putting it off. When I heard there was a DLC bundle release coming I had to wait, and soon it'll finally be released!

Also pretty damn intrested in how Borderlands 2 will turn out. I'm replaying the first game at the moment, after a two year old break, and I'm loving it.

Guild Wars 2? Eh, never liked the original, so no thanks.
It's actually going to be extremely different from the original. In fact, the only three things they have in common are the name, the lack of subscription fee, and the setting (but GW2 is set 250 years later, so even the world is very, very different).

The gameplay is going to be completely different from both GW1 and every other MMO out there, so.
Not to sound crass, but that's what SW:TOR said as well, and guess what? It's exactly like every other MMO.

Well, not really. SWTOR claimed they'd be bringing the story and single-player experience to MMOs, which they did.

GW2, on the other hand, already has a ton of information out about what exactly it's going to be doing differently (including getting rid of the tank-DPS-healer trinity [http://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/combat/healing-death/], replacing quests with ongoing dynamic events that change the world, and generally emphasizing cooperation and socialization rather than competition, among other things).

They're very good at keeping people updated on what they're doing with the game, rather than relying on carefully-worded soundbites that are only used to build hype. Here's [http://www.killtenrats.com/2012/01/20/gw2-just-play/] a recent fan-written article that explains one interesting part of the game, with some helpful input from a dev included.

Kingdoms of Amalur: The Reckoning, Mass Effect 3, SSX and Spec Ops: The Line. Though that last one was due out last year and was pushed back so I'm kind of worried it's going to suck. I'm also intrigued by the new Twisted Metal but I wouldn't say hits really high up on my list right now.

Persona 4: The Golden

Do want very, very, very much!

That is, if it's even going to be released in the U.S.
Both Persona 4 games.
Grand Knights History
Dragon's Crown
Tales of Graces F
Record of Agarest War 2
BlazBlue Continuum Shift Extend
Mass Effect 3
I'm probably missing some.

If they manage to pull off getting rid of tank-healer-dps, then I'm impressed, but I remain highly skeptical that they will manage this without creating the new "Taunter/buffer/trapper" roles instead, i.e basically the same thing just a tiny bit tweaked.

...also Guild Wars 2, and Guild Wars 2
I'm sure I mentioned Guild Wars 2 here somewhere.

Definitely Mass Effect 3, can't wait. Just hope they find the right balance between ME1 and 2, and that the story does it justice.
Also pretty curious about Bioshock Infinite, but I wouldn't say I'm "excited" just yet.

It's good to be skeptical, but I suggest you read the article I linked on the topic. (I added it after I posted, and after you quoted me it seems. So I'll link it again here [http://www.guildwars2.com/en/the-game/combat/healing-death/].)

One reason why I'm looking forward to this game so much is that the devs always explain what they're doing with the game and why, without talking down to the reader. They also like to say that they don't get too attached to any of their ideas. If an idea sounds great in principle but then doesn't work out in practice, they will either iterate on the idea until it's perfect or they'll abandon it entirely.

Their main idea behind removing the trinity is that other online games (like multiplayer FPSs) don't have it, so MMOs don't need it either. One of their main sources of inspiration is actually TF2.

Mass Effect 3. A game I have looked forward to since the first one came out :) Although I will take this opportunity to jump on the bandwagon and state how much I dislike the idea of being forced to play it through Origin. I am reluctant to buy it for a console as I have the other two on Steam and need to guarantee that I can play with my old saves.

Granted, I'v never played TF2, but doesn't TF2 have "Can dish otu damage and take a lot of damage"-Heavy, the "can heal but not take much damage"-Medic and the "can do a lot of damage but not take very much"-uh..Soldier? Or whatever class fits that role.

Something like that, and it will be the same in GW2. Some professions have higher health or sturdier armor than others, etc., but the goal is that every profession can accomplish the same things, just in different ways. For example, a group of five thieves can complete a dungeon just as well as a group of five elementalists or a mixed group of professions, they'd just do it differently.

Basically, the "stand there and take hits" style of gameplay doesn't work. There are no purely attention-grabbing abilities like taunt, and you have to actively dodge or block attacks in order to survive. And while many professions do have healing abilities, it's more efficient to dodge and use preventative techniques (like blinding the enemy or buffing your allies' armor) and then top yourself off with your self-heal when necessary.

I'm kind of looking forward to Bioshock:Infinite. It looks like fun, but I just haven't payed much attention to it lately.

But if five thieves can accomplish the same thing, just "differently", doesn't that mean that one thief will have to take on the "tank-role", some the "dps-role" and another the "healing-role", just that they do it differently than for say, 2 Rangers, 1 Warrior, 1 Mage and 1 Priest?
Then you haven't changed the mechanics, just allowed more classes to perform the same roles.

Twisted Metal PS3... hope it's good.

Borderlands 2 ...if they ever actually announce a release date.

And I really wanna play Colonial Marines
