Shawdowrun, there is a lot of potential in the franchise that hasn't been properly utilized in video games.
At least not since the Genesis. Good lord I loved that game. I still think it's the best tabletop -> videogame translation.
I honestly preferred the snes one, except it was a point and click adventure game with out mouse controls so it was wonky, but with the recent rise in RPG's, shadowrun seemed like a missed opportunity, the 360 game was awful and it is time for another good game from it.

I don't mean to imply the snes game was less than awesome, but I was huge into the tabletop game at the time they came out making the genesis version much more to my liking.

I'm agreeable to the idea of a new shadowrun game all around though. I'd personally like to see a game that takes place just before / during / and after the Ghost Dance.

Tribes Arial assault should come back, exactly as it was. Just on Xbox 360, ps3. That was a good game.

Quake. A Quake game developed by Id Software instead of some puppet studio.

Quake 3 with Id Tech 5... Yummy

I'd say Silent Hill, but at this point I can't help but think there would be more humanity in letting it rest once and for ever.

Perfect Dark. I know it had a shot with PD:Zero when the 360 first came out, but that was a dismal failure by any standard. Still, I loved the N64 one so much I'd go ape if they announced another entry. Or even just a remake.
they are releasing the original on XBLA
I'm so looking forward to this. I still have the N64 cartridge but whenever I go back and play it I just can't stand the controls anymore. The xbla version will have decent controls, online multiplayer and I think I heard polished graphics? If so I hope they just clean it up a bit and not change stuff too much.
Though I'm not eager to get on xbox live and get camped by a 10 year old with the farsight gun.

X-com. Oh wait, it has so many spiritual successors, open-source remakes and whatnot, that it's never actually gone down.
Yeah but ... 'spiritual successor' is another word for clone. 'Open-source' means buggy & wont run on anything with a chip made in the last 10 years & theres plenty of room left for X-Coms mechanics.

Simply merging Apocalypse, Enemy Unknown, TFTD & Intercpetor gives you a triple A title that would interest everyone. Thats ignoring the fact base building despite being the most awesome part of the game was kind of secondary. Give my office manager stats :D

No seriously. Theres still a FPS in there Exterminators fun but meh.

Mmmm multiplayer X-Com. Think SWAT 3 with Chryssalids :D.
You there!! I challenge you to UFO2000!

Primal Rage and Twisted Metal!
Twisted Metal, hell yeah. Vehicular combat is one of the more under-rated game genres.
Yeah, the best we've seen this generation is Full Auto, and it was average at best!
