One games comes to mind...

Jurrassic Park: Trespasser, a game that failed to meet expectations for the people decades ago but nether the less after playing it myself about a year ago and very recently again I found it to be a rather enjoyable survival horror fps with alot of emphasis on survival horror while games in the Turok series were more focused on the fps.
I would like to see a sequel to this game be made either by a team of moders with a big imagination and a knowlege of Jurrassic Park in general using the source engin from Half Life 2 or possibly made by the developer Monolith Productions who has made Condemned and its more sucessful sequel Bloodshot since they have the right approach that the sequel to Trespasser will need.

The series of Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. So many characters I love, and always doing things a bit differently. Man I love those games.

Also I would bring back Streets of Rage! Not as a ful 3D game but more like an XBLA title!
Actually, you can get three Streets of Rage games for your mobile from the App Store. It's not XBLA, true, but... ;)

And more Cannon Fodder. God, yes. That was a brilliant game. Jools, Jops, Stoo... And the theme music!

X-wing games.

Hell, the space combat simulator genre for all I care, and not the arcade ones like Rogue Squadron, I mean the ones where you sit in a cockpit and manage your fighter's power distribution while shooting down torpedoes aiming for your exhaust pipe and chasing down tie fighters, interceptors, and bombers going for your capital ship which is also engaged with the enemy capital ship which is 50% more powerful and bigger than your capital ship.
Didn't take long to see my highest vote.
They can even do this on the consoles now with all the buttons the typical gamepad currently has...I think.
Most of my friends didn't appreciate micro managing every little part of the ship but I loved it: made me feel like I was part of Red Squadron.

I'd also like to see a continuation of the original Phantasy Star games; the only jrpgs I really got into. I liked them a lot more than the PSO series (which is more like a spinoff of Phantasy Star 3) and I think that universe would make for an epic open worlds (there was always more than one) game.

I'm guessing that the reason nobody has re-made Chiller, because it would be great for motion controllers, but if it came out today it would be rated AO just for the graphic violence.

Y'know what might be fun to revisit? Strider. The arcade version was kind of nonsensical, but the NES version had quite a good storyline. I think there's a lot of potential in the Strider setting if done well.

Tenchu with modern graphics that don´t look like last gen.

@ Palmerama
Why not an full fleshed out 3D Streets of Rage? I miss the good old brawlers. Capcoms Final Fight streetwise was fun (up to the point where they start using drug zombies, ugh). Man, now i want to replay it, too bad my ps2 is no more.
