Oni 2.

I really liked Oni, this game did so much right (from good combat mechanics to reasonable balance between guns and melee combat). Too bad there was never even the idea of a sequel.
That.

And:

Homeworld 3
Half Life 3

Lord of the Rings, the White Council. That game would have been just awesome. I always imagined it to be like Oblivion or Skyrim, but LotR style. And being the horn dog that I am for both franchises, I would have came in my pants in an instant. Like, wandering upon Helms Deep and explore it, or go to Minas Tirith and jump off the highest tier. Oh man. Also go off that waterfall in the movie, the one Boromir had the fun of going over.

The original version of Spore, or the version shown at E3 '06. The final product was a fucking letdown! Cool, yes, but nowhere near what was promised.

Six Days in Fallujah.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_Days_in_Fallujah
A game reliving the events of the battle of Fallujah, one of the bloodiest battles in the Iraq war. It was supposed to be highly realistic, most of the events in the game based on actual events in the battle. They got interviews from tons of soldiers, some of the soldiers even playing a close role in the designing of the game.

But some people *cough*Fox*cough* went in a flurry over the game, saying it was 'too realistic', and even that it was an insult to the troops. In the end, the publisher backed out because of the controversy, and production on the game ceased..

I would give anything to play this game, and experience what those brave soldiers had to go through

Fallout 3, real one by Black Isle.
Wholeheartedly agreed.

While everyone's saying KOTOR 3, I'm going to suggest that an actually finished version of KOTOR 2 would be a good place to start.

Rainbow Six 4. No no no, not Lockdown, that's not Rainbow Six 4, it's "Rainbow Six: Dumbass edition".

While it's not actually a game in its own right, I would actually give a rat's ass about the Halo CE remake if it were more than just a graphical overhaul and a few new cutscenes. An actual REMAKE, correcting the faults of the original (by which I basically mean it would have redesigned levels and a few balance tweaks in multiplayer) and bringing things like AI and physics up to date, would be very nice.

Star Wars: Battlefront 3, most definitely.

I am completely convinced that the game still exists somewhere, but I fear that we will never see the Free Radical version that, from the leaked footage, looked AMAZING. Here's hoping that when it actually releases, it can be as good as this one could have been!

Tiberium looked sick.

Now that I look at it, its like if Battlefield 2142 met Dead Space 2. An FPS that allows you to command an army RTS strategy? Sounds like fun, I hate RTS's usually but with the ability to actually participate in the battle with the army you commanded, holy crap does that sound fun.
heard of Savage? its kind of like that. cept this looks more awesome

Dungeon Keeper 3.

If you haven't played Dungeon Keeper 1 or 2 I highly suggest you check them out. You might have to torrent them at this point since they are so old.

Don't bother with "Dungeon Keeper Online". It's just another example of EA disrespecting gaming.
Dungeon Keeper and DK 2 are on sale at www.gog.com for the holidays, no piracy necessary! :) They were both pretty cool games. "Your floors are uneven! Your minions can't play marbles!!"

You don't have to torent it. You can buy both of them off of Good Old Games.

Speaking of Peter Molyneux games.

Seriously you play as cavemen and fight dinosaurs. Why was this not released? There's no conceivable way it could have sucked.
