Final Fantasy XV

I'd been following the game's sporadic development all the way from when it was first shown as Final Fantasy Versus XIII, and it's great to see it finally moving towards release and getting the full-fledged entry status it deserves, as opposed to being a spin-off of the terrible FFXIII.

Runner-up: inFamous Second Son

inFamous was one of my favorite new IPs of this gen and the PS4 follow-up looks like it will blow the lid off of everything I loved about those games.

Second runner-up: Destiny

It's a new and untested IP, and I wasn't the biggest Halo fan, but Borderlands with a focus exploration and an amazing sci-fi setting? Sign me up.

Honorable mention: Kingdom Hearts III

They showed almost nothing and it will still probably be years before full release, but it's good to see the thing actually exists. I was a huge fan of the series before it went into handheld spin-off purgatory, and now I just may be brought back into the hype and excitement I felt in the lead-up to KHII.

So far, E3 has been great, but Atlus has yet to show what they have gotten ready!

If I see a Persona 5 that's just as engaging and awesome as Persona 4, people will be run over. If I see a Persona 5 that includes the cast of either Persona 3 and/or Persona 4, people will become part of goddamned ground.

If they make another fighting game with all 3 casts, screw Marvel vs Shitcom. For. Eh. Ver.

OT: Pokemon X & Y (which I have both preordered), SSB and Mario Kart. These are the only ones that really piqued my interest.

The Order 1886 looks like a cool concept, but I want to see some actual gameplay.

FFXV has me very interested even though I haven't really liked a FF game since FF8. XV seems almost like the final evolution of what they've been struggling to reach since FFX.

Infamous Second Son actually looks pretty cool, especually given that I had no interest at all in the previous games in the series.

Destiny looks potentially great but I'm interested in seeing just how much MMO/Lootfest there is in it. Not that either a lot or a little would turn me off, but I'm just kind of confused right now as to what side of the line it's intending to fall on.

Mirrors Edge 2 has me very excited, but the way it was noted as being released who knows when at some nebulous point in the future tempers that a little.

Watch Dogs.. doesn't really get me hyped. The more I see of it, the less interested I get for some reason. I guess I'm just not seeing it as more than another open world vigilante game but with tech based powers.

Versus 13/XV and Dragon Age 3.

Unfortunately both are PS4 games and are coming out next year. I wish I could have played them this year on my PS3.

I'm not into Racing games but The Crew and Need for Speed Rivals got my attention. That and how pretty Forza looked. But really, it's Mirrors Edge 2, infamous Second Son *pokes icon that's supposed to be a gif* Kingdom Hearts III, Final Fantasy XV and Tom Clancy's The Division. Watch_Dogs is high up there too.

Mirror's Edge 2, Metal Gear Solid 5 and Infamous: Second Son. And of course, there's Smash Bros. U, but I don't have a WiiU... I'll have to rely on my friend for that. But regardless, it looks awesome.
