It has to be Oblivion for me, I'm afraid.
The 'conversation pie' mini-game and the 'auto-levelling' baddies being two of my largest bugbears.

Too Human was a massive disappointment for me. I played the demo and it really had potential once you got used to the controls but once I got the full game the story was horrible, Baldur moved like a boulder attached to two other boulders and the auto-aim for the guns was horrible at choosing targets.
Here here, I wasn't really expecting amazing things from that game but I played the demo and thought "hmm a nice Diablo-esque loot 'em up", bought the full game, got about four hours in and just couldn't play anymore, my worst buy last year.

Unreal Tournament 3 really bummed me up. I have about 1250 registered hours on UT2004, which was really an awesome game. Somehow Epic just screwed UT3 up though, really a shame.

Neverwinter Nights 2 - It's good, but not as good as the first game.
I agree.. When I finally got to about level 17 with my wizard, and discovered they left out the spell Time Stop!!!!!!!! I could just die :(
Time Stop was the single most retarded spell in Neverwinter Nights, vanilla one. Add-ons gave people Bigby spells and they were even more stupid.

Because in DnD, you can't chain link Time Stop. It's a powerful, law-breaking spell which can be cast once per few hours, even if you have more of them packed. You know how a lot of Wizard/Sorcerer duels were fought?

Time Stop -> Bigby -> Isaac's Greater Missile Storm -> Time Stop -> Isaac -> Bigby -> Time Stop -> Isaac -> Word of Power: Die. The first one to start casting won. No skill or tactic whatsoever.

Thank God you can get Disintegration only in the PRC. So you must host a server in order to duel with that spell.
You seem to have a valid point there, however I have never played online or on a network, so my time stop experiences are only in single player campaigns, which made my wizard one of the most awesome characters in gaming history for me ^^

Honestly, It was Superman 64.
(gasp!)
I was 11, he was Superman: the most powerful hero ever, I loved videogames, it only cost $6.00, it seemed like the perfect scenario. I took it home, popped in the cartridge, and... SONOFABITCH!!!!!!!!!

Worst waste of my money EVER! Worst game I have ever played! I was 11, and even I knew this was shit. Thank god Funcoland (now GameStop) took returns, because I seriously asked my mom to take me back the same night so that I could trade it in towards Zelda: Ocarina of Time (much better choice).

World in Conflict:
Crappy story, too much hero-bullshit and too easy to beat.
BLASPHEMY!!! KILL THE UNBELIEVER!!!

Back on topic, Halo 3 and Stalker Clear Sky. Halo 3 was merely average, with the second-to-last level being one of the worst I've played, and Clear Sky was a lot less fun than Shadow of Chernobyl, with a few unkillable allies and unlike, SoC, it failed in accomplacing SoC's brilliance where very level was better than the preceding one. Also, the faction wars mechanic was badly done. After I capture the enemy's main base and wipe them out, they should bloody stay wiped out!

Oneechanbara. I thought it would be a fun zombie-killing experience, and I was only half right.

Need for Speed Pro Street.

I loved the original Underground games, and also Most Wanted, so I expected Pro Street to be pretty good. I was sooooo dissapointed when I found out that it didn't even have open world gameplay. The handling and whole game control system was ridiculously bad. What's the point of NFS without driving really fast and dangerously through residential streets, closely pursued by cops and helicopters?

At least it has taught me one thing: always rent or borrow before buying.

Your lack of splitscreen disappoints me.
You should have misquoted Darth Vader and said "I find your lack of splitscreen disturbing."

Explain.
The game was excellent. The story was great, it was strategic, instead of the usual 'build a few hundred units from the same buildings each time and throw them at the enemy', and the multiplayer was fast and frantic (unusual in RTSs), and required players to work together and protect each other. Also, how can you not love nuking your enemies (or just napalming their troops in forests)?
