What game would like to see a movie made of?

Yeah, I know, but I wasn't talking about Alice in Wonderland. I was talking about American McGee's Alice which, it put it lightly, is very different.

The premise of that version of Alice is that both of Alice's parents die in a house fire and then she loses her sanity because of her survivor's guilt. After that, she goes completely catatonic and gets locked away in a mental asylum. About a decade later Alice is brought back to Wonderland. Because Wonderland is a product of her own mind, it has become warped and twisted as a result of her insanity.

So, to repeat, the movie being directed by Tim Burton is not the movie I was talking about. I wouldn't mind seeing that one, but I can still hope that AMA gets made at some point...

Resistance done well would be daaamn nice, but my gut tells me it would suck. All the trench warfare would be replaced so there could be tons of crappy "epic" fights, so the awesome atmosphere of the game would be ruined.

I would love to see that, but I'd want a follow up movie with the stranger


but from what I hear, they're planning to release the rest of the story as a group of movies

Agreed, FF8 would be the best FF game to become a movie. It doesn't have long peroids were nothing happens at all.

None, because name a good Video Game based movie.

I wouldn't say that every video game movie is 100% shite, but most are. Best to leave games as games and films as films (imo).

ADDITIONAL: I almost hurled when I saw the "Zelda trailer", not good - Thank christ it was a joke. Don't do it, ever! And that's coming from a Nintendo/Zelda Whore!

I loved that game so much, and it's during the best time period of Star Wars! The Clone Wars for those of you uneducated in the awesomeness that is Star Wars...

And hell, it makes great books, could make a great movie!

I also say Star Wars: The Force Unleashed...Its story was better then that of the prequels...

Half life wouldn't make a good film the main character dose not talk and i would probably chose warcraft i think there is allot of untold stuff in there and yes i know they are already making a film and i think it will surprise allot of people its gonna be awesome

The entire Metal Gear series. 3/4 of a movie based of MGS4 is already done, if you take 3d graphics and voice actors over actors.
