What game would you like to see as a movie.

I'm sure I've been ninja'd but Half Life 2 (the half life shorts are awesome, ask for a link if you want one, I'll try and find it) or a movie short for Portal
Right now I'd say Mass Effect, 'cause I've spent the last week playing it. That said, I'd rather see it as a miniseries - more screen time than a movie, but more budget than a straight series. Best of both worlds for something like this IMO.
Also, System Shock. SHODAN on the big screen = win.

Still waiting for Army of Two (2011) and the second Silent Hill move, maybe Borderlands but with a different ending. Do not agree on a Mass Effect move since it already plays out as an interactive movie. Brütal Legend, because it would be so bizarre.

God of war would be a good movie and perhaps.
and for future referance before anyone says it, final fantasy move was crap.(i enjoyed it at the time though)and advent children was pretty much a fan movie but it lacked substance
Legacy of Kain more than anything just as a fan service to finish the story.
Agreed the Force Unleashed would do well (Hell it's Part Cannon with no Jar-Jar what could go wrong?)
Fallout 3 =/= Book of Eli perhaps so not much point there.
As much as i didn't like the game, Dragon Age Origins would probably work too.

None--video game movies tend to be pretty awful. They're awful because they don't have to put any effort into them, because the studios know the fan boys will line up in droves regardless.
Movie studios need to write more original stories and stop cribbing from books and video games.
