Vaguely in order:

Mass Effect 3 - Seriously cannot wait.
Gears of War 3 - Same as Mass Effect 3, really want to see how it ends.
Portal 2 - Loved Portal, and it's looking excellent.
Dead Space 2 - They aren't scary, but they are extremely fun and gory.
Deus Ex: Human Revolution - I am not hyped but I have liked the series so far.
Dragon Age 2 - It's a real pity that it isn't a continuation of DA:O, but I like the word so...

All sequels, heh.

Definitely looking forward to Deus Ex: Human Revolution - hoping that it won't be a massive disappointment.
Dead Space 2, I was kinda looking forward to, but the media stunt they pulled makes me less excited.
Mass Effect 3, Portal 2 - definitely interested.

Bulletstorm and Brink, both looking like insanely awesome FPSs
TES 5, because it looks like it'll actually be good
Deus Ex: Human Revolution, because I'm hoping it'll actually be good
Portal 2
And The Witcher 2, if it ends up releasing on console (hopefully.)

I mean, I'm not looking forward to all of those, but there is a surprising amount of awesome on that list.
