If you include playing it through medium difficulty and then hard, then I've done it many times.

Super Metroid
Metroid Prime
Half-Life 2 (3 times actually)
Carmaggedon 2
Rock N Roll Racing 2
Red Alert 2 (and Yuri's Revenge)
Starcraft
Ocarina Of Time
Majora's Mask
Shadow Of The Colossus
Diablo 2: Lord Of Destruction
Perfect Dark
Donkey Kong Country
Mischief Makers
Kirby's Dreamland
Pokemon Red, Silver and Ruby
Lylat Wars
Sonic and Knuckles 3
Raiden 2
Super Man 64 (nah, just kidding)
Raptor
Descent 3
Yoshi's Island
Super Mario 64

Literally! That's how much I loved these games.

Final Fantasy VIII - Close to one of my favourite games, attempting to get everything in it promoted multiple playthroughs. Other Final Fantasies received the same treatment, but this one was the pinnacle.

Majora's Mask - One of the few games that is atmospherically powerful. The niggling feeling that you can't save everyone even though you have a fantastic power at your fingertips, with very powerful characters in play. The ending ruins it somewhat by forging a 'happy ever after' scene.

Okami - Didn't want it to end, so went straight back into it. Oddly I haven't played it since, even though I bought the Wii version (the way it should have always been).

Those are the few that spring immediately to mind. Funny how they're last generation (others that I can think of all come from last or earlier), don't know what that says about me and the industry.

Duke Nukem Forever. I've been waiting a long time for that game, so beating it once wasn't good enough. I played on Come Get Some the second time, and later beat it on Damn, I'm Good.

Mirror's Edge was another. It's a quick campaign, but with extremely satisfying gameplay.

I believe I also replayed Medal of Honor: Airborne immediately after as well, like DNF, on a higher difficulty. The action was great (the motion blur was cool :p), the weapons were satisfying, upgrading them was fun, and overall it was an extremely good game. I need to play through it again.

Most recently, Dragon Age Origins, I played that game to death. 3 complete plays.

Mass Effect 2, but only because I wanted a "perfect" game for the ME3 import.

Didn't bother with Dragon Age 2 (seriously what a let down).

Any game that is too easy or lacks a simple requirement to be great. Just add it into the mix and enjoy a now great game. :D

Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

inFamous - it may just be that it is one of the few new games i have gotten in the last few months and the only other PS3 game i have at this point (poor, now bankrupt college student), but It holds the record for me for having completed it 5 times in the last 3 months.

I think just Metro 2033. I was so into the game that I beat it in two sittings, then immediately restarted and made it to the part where you split up with Khan before I put it down again.

The following three, for obvious reasons:
-Mass Effect 1 & 2
-Fallout 2 & 3
-Dragon Age Origins

Dead Space 2 - Had to try hardcore mode.

Eight hours in, my Xbox gets kicked by somebody walking through the room, about ten mintues from what I planned to be my first save point.

*FFFFUUUU meme*

Halo Combat Evolved, because that game is just great fun. Holds a special place in my heart, because no matter how bummed out I was, I could always pop that in and have a blast.

Far Cry 2 - Because I've still yet to actually beat the game. Every single time, I run into one of the save glitches, where you have to start all over again. You know, the 20% glitch, the 24% glitch, the 40% glitch, the 48% glitch, the 62% glitch, the 70% glitch, the 78% glitch....... ugh... And believe it or not, I'm replaying it again.
