lol ive tried to force portal down the throat of everyone i know......all too busy playin cod4 online, queueing up to shoot each other in the head to unlock relevent achievements...... *rolls eyes*

Every one of them think it's shit and it just isn't. I played it on the PS2 and it was one of the most evocative and enjoyable journeys I have taken with my humble PS2 controller! It was infuriating hearing them berate when they just didn't understand and wouldn't play it!

JRPG serieses like Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest. I get variations on "Why play them, they suck" quite a bit.

Also, it might not be a specific game, but most of my friends don't understand why I play older consoles instead of the new ones. For example, I'd rather play games from my back catalogue of PS2 games than play my current selection of PS3 games, and they don't quite understand why.
