Not really a remake, but I would love to see a North American release of Terranigma. I've played it a while back and I want to see an updated version of it.

Am I the only one that thinks Morrowind? Redo graphics, fighting and magic system, and all the other new technologies that were brought into Oblivion, but keep the same story. My only other complaints are the fact that the "leveling world" system in Oblivion is too broad. I like that in Morrowind you could go into a cave or something that you're not necessarily ready for, actually get through it, then come out with a useful item you could keep for a lot of levels.

I've always said the same game for these threads. 007 Nightfire. Update the graphics, make the gameplay smoother, add online play, and more maps. I would be instantly sold on it. Also make the aiming not as crappy. Not iron-sight aiming. Just something that would be more effective than just not aiming at all.
has anyone said arcanum should be remade as a sandboxy game not unlike fallout 3?

But if you twisted my arm on the issue... I'd have to say that I wouldn't mind seeing a remake of Super Metroid for the current consoles/handhelds. Hell, might be cool seeing the game from the first-person perspective like we got for the Prime trilogy.

Holy sheet, Vagrant Story...wow, that's a killer idea...the whole item/magic/weapon system was excellent and the art direction was amazing, that'd be sweet in current gen technology. Thanks for reminding em bout this game, may have to do some snooping and find a copy...AzrealMaximillion said:
Comix Zone for the Genesis immediately comes to mind. I mean, it'd be really easy... just add continues, and you're solid. (While they're at it though, it'd be great if special moves and just plain punching things didn't hurt you.)
"The Bouncer" deserves a second shot. It looked amazing and the soundtrack was phenomenal. They really needed to fix the physics or lack there of and find a better way to implement the cut scenes instead of making you play a movie.
Dragon Warrior Monsters. It needs a graphical update, some additional RNG content, and a larger storyline.

san andreas with the GTA 4 physics, graphics and controls. that game would rule. with an option for you to play with the original controls just to shut up any fanboys...
