What games should be remade?

Master of Magic - Would be awesome with mo-cap cut-scenes, better unit animations and a revamped AI and more balanced gameplay.

Street Rod 2 - Recreate the 60s era of racing for pink slips and modding classic cars. These new street racers don't have that magic. It would be cool as a sandbox type game with lots of side "quests" and exploration.

Temple of Elemental Evil - If anyone appreciates this one, you are an awesome, intelligent person.

But they shouldn't make a new one. They should remake the third one until it turned good. They screwed up completely with that one, and if they release a fourth they're probably going to screw it up even worse.

FF games ARE being remade, the 20 year anniverery of the games is coming up, and each year they remake a game on a hand held, Ala PSP got major updated versions of 1 and 2, and DS got Updates of 3 and 4, and 5 might be next, if they continue the trend, 7 could be the final game in the "FF7 Universe" franchise that the creators talked about on Advent Children DVD, it might happen, it might not, just wait and see, and for the record, i LOVE the updated FF 1 - 3

I know that they are. i said they shouldn't. I was a big fan of Square-soft/Square-enix but now its getting rediculous. they keep churning out pointless remakes/sequels/prequels to old games which should quite frankly be left well enough alone and just let people play them as they were.

Though i will agree with ya. the remakes of ff1 and 2 werent that bad.. though 3 irritated me a little but.

But ya gotta think maybe..just maybe if SE devoted their time from making remakes/sequels/prequels and put that much effort into ff13. it might be good. pigs might fly also but ya know it cant hurt to dream.
