I would combine the Halo trilogy, Saint's Row 2, Gears of war 1&2, Otogi, Fable, Oblivion, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Call of Duty 4, Portal, Half Life 2, King Kong, Dawn of war, Dead Space, Metal Gear Solid, Lemmings, Tenchu Z, No more Heroes and Super Mario brothers....

The resulting defmormed mutated bastard child would then scream
"KILL ME!!!!!!"
In a distorded and choking voice.
Yes, it would. The result would be a RTFPTPEaWRPGStrategicPlatformer; and it would make me crap my pants.

I would NOT want to meet that thing in an alley.

The gameplay of RE4 style gameplay, Left 4 Dead style zombies (no specials, just the normals), GTA style free roam. Mix them together in one big pot and turn it into a sandbox survival game. If I saw something like that I would sell my body to science to raise the scratch to buy it if I was short on cash

Um, the plot and setting of Half-Life 2 put together with the parkour gameplay elements (NOT combat elements) of Mirrors Edge.

...creating the slowest paced strategy game ever created. The game actually plays backwards.
It would be worth it. You create your own civilization, fight every battle, take every decision, until world domination, of whatever world you're playing on, is yours. From early civilization to the ultimate technological super power.

On that note, I take it you haven't played Carmageddon. Because trust me, that combo wouldn't work.

Put together Folklore's deep character design and story, and Oblivion's sprawling geography. Put in combat mechanics and stat development similar to those of Devil May Cry. Take out all the glitches from Oblivion's contribution and you'd have an incredible RPG.

This.

Any kind of strategy game combination that mixes excellent Real-Time with stellar Empire planning, city planning etc.

Total War comes close, but the Empire aspect is really just Risk on steroids. I like how they give snippets of historical facts during your era, but it's a shame they don't incorporate details like this into the game. Details always pull me in. The overall game can be incredible, but if there are no details it doesn't hold me for long.

Freelancer- the awsomness and freedom.
The ability to design your own stuff with an Actual design program in game and the ability to import designs.
Bf-2142, the only thing i want are the drop pods and a few gunskins.
Command and conquer/starcraft.

MmPoRPG's ing general- system of building guilds; when you aquire enough wealth then you are given matirials to expand an existing guild or with ten or more people construct your own with the guild appearing in a in game system somwhere as a space station. As they get larger you an add security and similar even merge with other guilds and attack planets which will be primarily controlled by the moderators or REally big guilds who will be able with very large amounts of money to purchase such things.

Starcraft&evil genius- When very large ships are bougt or constructed you must design an interior with corridors and similar that allow cargo holds genorators and similar to be acess by crew. you may crew your ship with AI or if you wish to role play other people may posses them and take their roles in first person mode. People may board you ship and piratey dastard's may attempt to breach and then invade through ramming. In that case there are a variety of defenses inside ships to use incuding commanding the attack as an overlord or as a troop.
The designs for the ships will be posted within the in game data base with bluprint style maps for those of you who wish to attempt to infiltrate via the third matinence hatchway above the main engine cone before sneaking through the ship with 3 friends via the airducts and before the owners know what is happening opening all the doors and letting the crew breath vacume.

Such a game will also allow for ground based combat, trading in port, and a whole bunch of other snippets cut and pasted into one very large frankenstein of a game.

.... Did i miss anything, other than tyrian 2000?

Another idea:
Turok meets Bioshock meets Grandtheft auto.

So you are in a sandbox city, it is set in the 1930's and instead of cars you have dinosaurs.

Toribash combat with Fallout 3/Oblivion gameplay. Think about it, you start with a game like Fallout 3, but instead of a VATS button, you have a Combat button. Press it, the combat starts (Toribash style. For those who are unaware: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAeQXShEtZI&feature=related) If you get out of range or you miss an attack, simply hit the combat button to set yourself back to "normal" (RPG mode)

Think about it. You see a guy with a gun, you are unarmed. You wait round a corner, and as he comes around the corner you hit the combat button. Grabbing the gun-hand, you kick him in the knee, dislocating it and making him lose his grip on the gun. A-bloody-mazing

I can't really speak of any specific games, but I'd love to have a game (scifi) that includes most other game-aspects already known...
Basically, Master of Orion-like building of colonies and movement of troops, a 3D-RTS element for the actual space-battles, although including a bit of base-building too (like using nearby asteroids for ressources, building defense satellites and maybe a warpgate to call in reinforcements, nothing too fancy), the option to play as any of your units during this battle (fighter pilot, cruiser captain, whatever!) and, finally, an FPS part whenever you try capturing buildings with your classic invasor-units, fighting side by side with NPCs against the rightful owners of that new space station you've been wanting.
