STALKER could use a little more streamlining and a bit of a reduction on the INSANE Difficulty curve and Fallout 3 could use a lot more grit and accurate nuke apocalypsiness.

What about Portal combined with Braid? You can solve puzzles using time *and* space. And then the whole stage can be one giant game of mechanical Tetris where things happen in real time and you gotta put things at the right time(s) and place(s) and in the right sequences(s) to win.

I like the idea of Hellgate:London combined with something like FarCry2/Fallout 3/Oblivion.
So you get the pretty good story, weapons, abilities, etc. of Hellgate:London with the vast open, go anywhere worlds of FarCry2/Fallout 3/Oblivion. And FFS keep it single-player only.

Pokemon MMO. Always wondered how a single trainer could down Legendary pokemon who supposedly created everything...or even something as big as Gyarados....no way in hell a little Ratata would survive that. Make it working together with other trainers essential. Let a trainer carry up to 6 pokemon and store the rest, keep the lvl cap on 100 anyways (thats enough grinding I think) and you'll possibly ruin more lives then world of warcraft.

Hate to put a potato in your tailpipe, but isn't that kinda what Prototype's trying to do? Although the controls won't nearly be as good as NG2's.

so that prototype thing has a large freeroam world with cars ninja weapons and ragdoll physics with lots of explosions.

How about Mirrors Edge and Sly Cooper? Take Mirrors Edge core gameplay, subtract some of the realsim, add some Sly Cooper stealth gameplay, and placed in a cartoon style environment?

I don't get why Nintendo hasn't released an official Pokemon MMORPG. I mean, playing online with the current games is fun, but a full on MMORPG would really be awesome and add a whole new level to the games.

I second that one. There's some fanmade Pokémon MMO floating around out there, but apparently it's shit. Personally, I'm waiting for a Pokémon style game that uses alpha male macho dickhead main characters from shooters instead of Pokémon. That way, instead of having Squirtle use "water gun," I could have Marcus Fenix use "bumfuck 'em with a chainsaw." It would be amazing. Fly could be replaced by Master Chief's jump.

Oblivion and Zelda.

The massive landscape and amount of things to do on the side, combined with Zelda's gameplay and story.

Hmm.. I think all I've really said is a bigger Zelda. But oh well.

There's actually a Zelda mod out there for Oblivion. My friend downloaded it, but he said it didn't work. Still, there were screenshots of Zelda characters rendered in Oblivion, so I think it might just be under progress.
