DDR would end in tragedy, but anything that involves fine motor skill/excessive movement would be bad.
I'll admit though, I played Oblivion high a couple of times and it was so much fun. I never got really far (my attention span being what it is while high) but for a couple of hours I was so into the character I had made I actually RP'd properly instead of just running around breaking the game. It was intense in a tripping-balls sort of way.
