Albert Wesker, he wares sunglasses at all times of day , and is even able to use them as a weapon against retard Chris, however he does seem to die so take away a few points, but then again he dies once already (see "sleeping with the ULTIMATE failure")but he gets my vote anyways, or maybe afro samurai , even if the game depicts him as totally mental
