A friend gifted me Portal 2 for PC/Mac a few days before, and my brother bought me Skyrim, so all in all, a damn good haul.
As soon as the XBox updates (been putting it off for a while now), I'm gonna download the Bastion DLC as a late mini-present for myself.

My brothers got me Brink (which I didn't think I'd enjoy because of all the negative press its gotten, but the short blast I had on it I had fun), Red Faction: Armageddon for my PS3 and Xenoblade Chronicles for my Wii. My youngest brother also got me a new controller for my PS3 and a friend got me a NES controller style wallet. I think he wanted everyone to think that I'm a nerd, thing is everyone already knows

Along with the usual pants and socks, I got some cash too which I think will have to be spent on Skyrim in the new year.

I got Persona 4 for my PS2! Been trying to get a copy of it forever. Also got a $25 Gamestop card which is gonna go to buying me either a new Gamecube controller or Windwaker. Haven't decided yet.

Get Windwaker and do all the little side quests. Hours of amazingness await you!

Yeah, I played the hell out of Windwaker back when my brother lived at home and had it (I nearly got all of the stupid statues done) and I want to play it again, but my only Gamecube controller is crappy. The L button sticks and the Y button is hard to push, so I do kinda need a new controller.

So far, just a $20 PSN gift card from my boyfriend for the sole purpose of getting Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath two days from now. There are family members whose gifts I have not received yet, though, so there may still be something else.

I got that Sony Headset for the PS3. The stereo one that came out this year. Also got 50$ Gamestop gift card.

none, my parents dont know what games are really, and i buy all my games on steam anyway.

but i miss the old days where i would ask for PS2 games or Xbox 360 games, the excitement of opening them was awesome.

now i just get clothes and aftershave, not that im complaining.

I got the PSP version of Final Fantasy II and Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection also for PSP (I get my brother's old PSP, whoo!) from my parents (although, I asked for Dissidia but they forgot and went: "Well, they're the same game, right?"). My best friend got me Tagforce 5 also for the PSP, so I'm going to be pretty set in terms of gaming for a while.

My brother got a new headset. That's pretty much all he cared about getting this year.

I only got Dark Souls Limited Edition for Xbox 360 but thats good enough for me, I had my birthday recently too this month and got Skyrim and Batman: AC too so i'm pleased.

As for games, none. Already had the ones I want, and I'll pre-order, the ones coming out a bit later.

Erm....why do you need to add 4GB graphics to your rig? Current games will run at full power at 1GB graphics.

Actually, I've only added 2Gb, which runs higher resolutions with higher textures better.
Why is it only 2 gig? SLI. Each Card renders a frame in turn, reducing the load on each card, and nearly doubling the Frame Rate. As a result, however, they do not combine their VRAM. Each card only has 2Gb VRAM to process with, and does not share with the other Card's 2Gb.
And from what I've heard BF3 on Max settings uses more than 1Gb VRAM. At a resolution of 1920X1080, it uses over 1.5Gb.
The purpose of the two cards isn't for the VRAM (Its why I got the 2Gb version instead of the 1Gb versions though), but for the nearly doubling in FPS when using them in SLI.

I got an xbox 360 controller to plug into my PC. While I almost hate joysticks in comparison to a mouse and keyboard, it's AMAZING being able to sit back and relax and play a game as opposed to having to be hunched over a desk for hours at a time. Especially for Skyrim <3
