Strictly speaking you can ban anyone for any reason, or for no reason at all. I got banned from Steampowered for simply mentioning that I had downloaded warez, which would fall under the category of "off the forums." As for myself- my reflexes are fair, and my accuracy is good but nothing spectactular, but where I shine is in planning and flanking. There have been many times I have been able to get around a large attack force and hit them from behind, creating confusion that the rest of my team can take advantage of.

I got pretty good hand-eye coordination, witch carried over in real life when I tried fencing and owned. This also when playing TF 2 as a sniper I hit about 90% of the time and 90% of the hits are headshots...

I'm a fast learner and after playing maybe 3h I can usually get a 2:1 k/d...
One thing that is a bit odd is that I'm usually better at games that have iron sight even when I don't use them...
When I was still playing CS I used to be good at owning people that used hacks and I have actually chased of a few...
And for the flamewar,
Although I do not like what Juan is doing you, frontier psychiatrist, needs to get a grip and that what you are doing right now would make it more probable that you will get to taste the ban hammer then Juan...
And just a note, I do what juan dose at times myself, although in a somewhat milder form, but only to people being assholes or complaining way to much about people using hacks when they clearly don't...
