Third person platformers, like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro. If I'm doing badly in a game, I'll go and play one of those to remind myself I'm good at something.

I'm not the best with the strategy side, but I've got the will to sit and grind in RPG's for hours on end.

RPGs are my thing and I never have much trouble with them, but speaking competitively, in the PvE aspect, I seem to be good at MMOGs.

Probably RPG. I'm also good at FPSes and platformers.

As for RTS games, my strategy consists of:

1. Turtle
2. Lose
Sounds like you need to change your strategy slightly. I suggest:
1. Turtle
2. Win

It's simple, but effective.

RPG and RTS.

I like to wander around the world/build up my defenses bit by bit.

I'm also getting better at Platforming. My friend goes into hysterics every time I try to play Stealth FPS's with her, so I assume that means I suck at that. Oh, and puzzles. Those fucking puzzles.

RPGs mainly. I'm good at some RTS's but I don't tend to play them alot.
My strat' for RTS's are
1. Turtle
2. Build up army.
3. Wait for large enemy attack.
4. Steamroller.

Turn-based tactical games.
I can do well in real-time games as well, but I don't like being rushed.
Turn-based games let me go at my own pace.

I'm pretty good at FPS games too though.
Not really my thing, generally, but I'm almost always at the top of the scoreboards when I decide to play one.
I guess more than a decade of playing games makes you good at it.

First person shooters of any kind, silly or simulation.

Third-person action adventure games.

Driving and\or racing games.

I wouldn't say I excel but Platformers are probably the genre I'm best at.Possibly due to the fact that I've been playing them for 20+ years

Probably FPS and RPG, I am pretty good at them. Though I could be really good at RTSs if I didn't have such a defensive mindset in every game except Total War.

I can ussually blaze through First Person Perspective games (i.e. Halo 3, CoD4,5,6, AvP 2010 and Mirrors Edge within roughly 7 hours each) I'm good at other kinds but not quite as good as I am when immersed in a Firt Person.

Well I'm alright at shooters I guess. I suppose that's my strongest point, albeit not very strong in itself.
