OT: I love them all.
Well, okay, not exactly, but there are very, very few genres I have a general dislike toward. Probably just old-school shooters and point&click adventure games.
"Realistic" racing games tend to not interest me either, I suppose, but I love stuff like Star Wars Episode I Racer or Mario Kart or Sonic & All-Stars Racing or Wipeout. I'm also not inclined toward being drawn in to open-world "sandbox" games, but even that has its exceptions.
Otherwise, I'll pretty much play them all. "Modern Military" FPS, "Sci-Fi" FPS, tactical FPS, third-person shooters, shooter-RPGs, ARPGS, JRPGs, CRPGs, tactical-RPGs, action-adventure, hack&slash, fighting, stealth, puzzle, platforming, RTS, TBS, visual novels, even some open-world games like Saints Row and Sleeping Dogs and adventure games like The Wolf Among Us or Beneath A Steel Sky. I suppose I don't really play shmups or sports games very often anymore. But yeah, you name a genre, and I could probably point out two or three games in it that I love.
EDIT: Okay, the post above mine did remind me that I have very little interest in simulators. But even still, I can easily see the appeal of Euro Truck Driver and other (actually competent) sim games like it.
