I recently bought a Nintendo 3DS XL, if that counts. If it does count, I also have an iPad (3rd Gen.) and an iPhone 5. I also have the 11th Doctor's sonic screwdriver and a USB hub in the shape of the Doctor's TARDIS. Now THAT was a gimmick, since I don't need a USB hub at all and it was $40(AUD). At least the bulb lights up and it plays the TARDIS landing/taking off sound when a USB stick is plugged into it (or you press a button on the door).

Unless you count stuff like skins, then my random purchase of Headmistress Fiora in LoL counts. Half the games I play with that skin now turn into light hearted all chat fun centric games. Everyone is just hot for teacher I guess >.<

Seriously, I was 7/0 because fuck bitches I am Fiora! (Jungler comes to gank me? Thanks for the free kill scrub!) and nobody was raging. Nobody. Fucking bizarre...

It was limited edition dammit! Once in a lifetime offer and all the other Fiora skins are a bit generic. How could I turn that down?

a nerf rocket launcher that has to be pumped for at least a minute to fire a solid shot; so worth it!

Lego-brick shaped storage boxes for books. I ran out of space on my shelves for books, so I got stackable boxes that look like Lego...when I was eleven. I fucking love those boxes.

I remember messing around with one at my local game rental place AGES ago! Hahah

yeah the image is shit, but I must admit it's pretty fascinating to see how they worked out an 8-bit monochrome camera for what is basically a lesser NES (remember, the Gameboy Camera was for Gameboy, not Color, although they are compatible since I use it on my GBA)
