Ooh, I have a pretty concise list of this:
Being Shouted at,
Social interaction,
Any face to face situation with anyone who I could be attracted too (Which sucks, I'm Bi)
Direct Confrontation,
Work Deadlines,
The Threat of death/pain/painful death,
Cows,
Chickens,
and Being in the Dark.

I should probably turn that list into a song of some kind.

Being alone and bored.
A bit like now, I'm not sure what I'm fretting about but I've given myself a headache over it.
Maybe because I keep trying to talk to people and they're just ignoring me. I just want a bit of attention I suppose >.<
I'm gonna agree with this, for me it's the fact that I feel like no one really gives a damn. Which they typically don't so I suppose it's justified.

But some other things that unnerve me are:
-Not being listened to or flat out ignored. It's the main reason I don't talk about my problems with people or... Well talk in general. Better to just let everything go unsaid and keep my thoughts to myself than put up with the frustration and hurt of just being ignored.
-Public humiliation. This is a big thing for me, I nearly didn't leave my room this april fools because of that anxiety. Just the thought of people all around me pointing and laughing makes me nearly want to cry admittedly. It's stupid, I know.
-Lastly I tend to get really anxious about approaching my dream to work in the arts. I love them and I desperately want to have a job drawing... But after a nasty blog entry from an alumni from my school I can't help but wonder if it's possible to have the love and drive to approach the career... And just not have the talent.

Oh good God you have no idea how much I know how that feels right now.
Maybe people do give a fuck, but they have a pretty strange way of showing it.
I sometimes think I could do with giving less of a fuck myself. V_v;

Social situations for me mostly. I have never been great at talking to the peoples.
This is most definitely one of mine, but i imagine for vastly different reasons. Being trans i pass pretty well, but every once and awhile i get the feeling someone is reading me, or trying to "figure it out". So i don't like to be in large groups, and NEVER alone. I stay away from really busy places, especially bars where alcohol removes peoples personal censors.

Calling someone else on the phone makes me nervous. I don´t really know why, but I´m scared that I´m gonna intrerrupt them or something.

Paranoia is probably one of the things that would help define me the most. I use to think my Aunt was poisoning my food because she was either being to nice or in to good of a mood, happy to get rid of me.

Strangers, large groups of people... not knowing things.

Oh and Snow since it feels fucking weird and sounds weird under my feet... ugh.

I'm also a very paranoid person and a worry about things constantly. Anything could go wrong at any second... like people touching my books could lead to damage >.>

Well I have anxiety issues so I may be overly anxious compared to others so...yeah.

Let's see...Phone calls from people I don't know. It scares the hell out of me because in my head I'm certain it's bad news...when it's really just telemarketers.

Large crowds. I don't like large crowds because people are loud and hot and inconsiderate and rude and so I get anxious and easily irritated and I have to try and leave quickly.

My computer spazzing out because I worry that it's dying or a virus or the like.

Spiders. If I see one I always get afraid there is more, ready to crawl in my bed and bite me to death when I sleep.

Dealing with authority figures. Public speaking.

Driving in busy areas or cities.

....There's more but I can't think of them right now, but I'll come back if I can think of anything else that might help you.

A ton of things: heights, syringes, social situations, other people, the idea of working, the fact that I can't just spend my life lounging around relaxing, randomness, deadlines, excessive noise, personal ignorance, pain in general, falling, being ignored, computer viruses, not being in control (which is an issue because I lack the personality of a leader, meaning I'm an I-work-alone kind of guy), irreversible consequences, one-or-the-other-but-not-both decisions, decisions in general, competition, challenge, lack of preparation, the possibility of failure, lacking financial freedom, lacking freedom in general, the fact that no one wants to spend time with a shut-in like me, small imperfections that aren't attributable to style...

I'm just overall an anxious person.

Important exams

Spiders (I'm not exactly afraid of them, they sort of send my head into a primitive rage for some reason)

The idea of not reaching my full potential (e.g. not getting into my first uni choice)

And less importantly being the decider of your team winning or losing on LoL (e.g. being in a 1v1 with the other 8 players all dead watching you while both nexuses are open for attack)

Thank you all very much for your contributions, I've taken a few notes and I think I have a lot to work off of. It was interesting to see how some of you had the same fears as each other, or even as myself, despite thinking you were the only one.

I appreciate all of your time very much, and if any of you are interested, I will most likely post a thread or two about the game I am working on, so stay on the lookout. Once again, thank you very much!
