My workplace runs Mix 94.5 all day, which, if you don't live in Oz, can be summed up thusly: Take a day's worth of current pop hits and 80s/early 90s 'classics' (very little of the good stuff - more like the type loved by people who unashamedly use the word 'classic') mix it in a blender every day and the order they come out in is your new 'no repeat workday' (which is repeated the next workday).
So my answer to your question is "Ahhhhh, it hurts!" (Which isn't the name of a song. [I don't think.])
