<spoiler=Mosin-Nagant bolt-action battle rifle>http://www.petenelson.com/Photos/Misc/Guns/Mosin%20Nagant/Mosin%20Nagant%2002.jpg

It's just as reliable as the AK, though with a lot more power per shot. It's also much more accurate and has much better range, though no automatic fire of any kind. Oh, and there's <url=http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinHumor.htm>this page.

<spoiler=AK-103 assault rifle>http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6b/RUS_AK-103.jpg

Modernized version of the AK-47, the AK-103 fires the same 7.62x39mm round, with more comfort, more accuracy, slightly better range and less recoil.

<spoiler=MAC-10 machine pistol>http://www.spareammo.com/posters/mac10_440x250.jpg

The Ingram MAC-10 submachine gun is one of my favorite compact weapons when chambered in .45 ACP. It packs a lot of power into a small package and is a good weapon to use within 300m of your target. It also features a unique, highly effective sound suppressor.

<spoiler=AA-12 automatic shotgun>http://www.wearesurvivalmachines.com/shared/images/aa12_L.jpg

The AA-12 automatic shotgun is, well...an automatic freaking shotgun. That can shoot freaking grenade rounds. This thing will tear anything in your way to shreds.

<spoiler=Five-seveN armor-piercing handgun>http://www.wired.com/images_blogs/dangerroom/2009/11/800px-five-seven_usg.jpg

The FN Five-seveN is special because it uses the same armor-piercing rounds as the P90...and the mag has 10, 20, or 30 of these babies. This gun kicks ass.

I liked how Sir Roland had trained for so long he could literally reload those beasts in less than fifteen seconds. The man was the definition of badass. *wishes his copy of Wolves of Callah would hurry up and get here*

Guns? Hrmph. Uncivilized. This is a knight's weapon.

Now give me a suit of chain mail and a steel buckler. I'll kick allayall's asses.

I would like to rephrase your question as "What Gun did I get? (Just yesterdy to be specific)" and I'm pretty much going to ignore the in games part.

I put a $200 downpayment on a remington 7615 pump action rifle, just waiting for the paperwork to clear.

I'm going to put a reflex site on it (preferably Eotech) and a mini-spotlights/torch.

I'm getting a Mosin Nagant. I mean look at it, the damn thing is a club. Put on the bayonet and I have a lance. Truly a man's weapon.

Look at the sweet bolt on that thing, you just want to touch it.
My Dad's got one, its one of the loudest gun's I've ever heard.

Colt 1911s. Why would you get anything else? Reliable and powerful (but not pointlessly so). However if I were to pick a gun just for looks and shear coolness, I would go for the S&W Model 500 with the full size production barrel, no need for custom parts.

WANT!
Although I would have to find some way to increase my wrist strengh so it does not break my nose....
Oh, and this was from CoDMW2.
Barring that, the m1911 would do quite nicely, and it was also in L4D.

The Colt .45 M1911 (from any number of FPSs, the ones I most recently remember being Modern Warfare, World At War and seen in Modern Warfare 2)

*drools*
But since I'm not even 18 yet (will be in less than a month though) and I live in Queens New York, due to Czar Bloomburg and his gun laws it'll probably never happen.
