What happened to Extra Credits?

Sorry if this is a noob question .. maybe I missed an episode where they talked about ending or something, but from my perspective they just poofed out of no where ...sooo what went down? That was one of my favorite video series then all of a sudden I notice that Im not seeing anymore of their vids in the latest video section. thanks

As frustrating as it is to see this thread YET AGAIN, it being so common is I guess a sign that it's an easy thing to miss. It was a big deal at the time, but that doesn't necessarily mean you were aware of it.

The gist of it is that the Escapist and Extra Credits got into a bit legal and financial dispute about who owed who money and about what to do with said money, there was a lot of concerning issues raised, none of which seem to have been resolved beyond both parties deciding it would be best to part ways.

They're at Penny Arcade now, still weekly but a bit earlier than before.

It's only easy to miss if you don't look. There is a thread every other day asking about them which can be answered by simply typing "Extra Credits Gone" in the little search bar at the top.

It's on par with me walking into a room with a bright blue door and an bright flashing sign saying "Oi, you can piss in here you scouse moron" and me asking someone where the toilets are.

Not having a go at you just trying to highlight that it's only easy to miss if a person can't be arsed searching and wants others to do it for them.

Great, now I can't watch them because I fucking hate Penny Arcade.
