It haven't changed much.
I don't eat or sleep any more or less than I used to, I'm not so obsessed with gaming that I never exercise, my hands aren't twisted and I was really pale anyway.

Playing MMO's got me to 220 :D...then I decided to quit and made the moved to consol gaming(xbox 360). Which freed up some time, which allowed me to hit the gym and after the first year I went down to 160, still have a nice balance between games and exercise so its all good now.

I'm a little big for my age ( I think that has more to do with my stocky body type then actual overeating) I skip meals actually.
Skipping meals can and in most cases will get you large. Your body knows that you skip meals and will then store the "food" in form of fat. You should eat often and less instead, and not a lot when you finaly do eat. I'm not saying you eat a lot, it's just how the body works. If you don't eat regulary your body will store food in form of fat 'cause it will "think" that it's scarce with food and it needs to save what little that is left. Just so you know, don't skip meals ^^

I'm not bashing at you or anyone, just so you know. It's just a tip for everyone :p
No worries and thanks for the advice I think I'm going to go much on a few crackers :)

My back has a dent in it from the back of my chair, my stomach has a permanent frown line from me being hunched a bit while playing games, my hair has gone spiky from my running my fingers through it in frustration, and I have a bony bum :D
Hurrah for playing video games!
