Now im relativly new to this online gaming hooplah, and so far its been pretty good, but there have been bad moments like :

I was playing Tekken 6 online right, and ive got it set to find match with best connection.SO i wait for a match to show up, usally a good minute or two, and one pops up. then a couple of seconds later it says connection was lost. I go okay its not really anyones fault that the connection was lost, so i try again, and i find another match and then i agree to play the match and then...... the asshole quits. I thought maybe he had something else to do, but i think now people are just being dicks. I mean i tried about 20 times, out of that 20, 2 were actual matches,4 were connection failures and 14 were people quitting!
WHY WOULD YOU BE PLAYING ONLINE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO PLAY ONLINE????????!!!!!!!!!!]
But ewnough about me i wanna hear what pisses you off most in online gaming.

Whilst playing Leauge of Legend I will wait roughly a minute on matchmaking to find a game then there is a 1:30 period of where you can choose you're character before game but if somone leaves then you have to go back to matchmaking again. I had a person leave in the last 10 seconds before the game starts roughly 6 times. I was not happy. Finally it comes up as the game has started, and on the microphone my friend decided it right to put on that celebration song lol after 10 mins of my life being wasted I think I deserved that celebration song ^^

I don't play online. Huzzah!

My worst online experience was a teammate cursing me for doing well. I just shook my head, turned off the console, and never bothered to play online again.

Poser elitists. I'm an elitist myself, I strive for perfection and people who don't do the same irritate me. But it's the people who have the elitist attitude towards everyone but their 'friends' that really piss me off. They're never talented enough to have such a huge ego, and will be all too happy to jump on non-popular players for mistakes that either aren't mistakes, or are something they'll do just as much.
I hate playing the popularity game, so when I'm criticized by these people who are usually severely less skilled than I, I tend to want to kill them. Under certain circumstances, I do just that.

Kill snatchers, especially when I'm trying to melee someone's ass and that person gets shot by a teammate of theirs.

Also, when I borrowed MW2 from my friend I played spec ops a lot (I like that mode) and the second snowmobile mission almost made me bite into the gamepad.
But I managed to finish it on Veteran, never let a game beat you.

Morons who lag on CS:S.

That game is fucking brutal, and a reload is a rare oppurtunity - don't make me waste half a clip on you if you can't walk anywhere.

I would have to say when the 5 year-old is online and dropping curses every 5 seconds. I just feel like kicking his/her ass

I hate playing in TF2 online for two reasons:

1. Every is same class, usually Spy, Sniper, or Scout.
2. People scream how 'useless' classes are, even though they help the game.

Really... REALLY not.

Modern Warfare 2... all of it. /thread

(Thats how it is done.)
Halo 3 could also be a contender for /thread.

Stupid teams on L4D/2 are big for me.

NO! You don't shoot the gas can! Not in scavenge!
Ah, Halo 3... I hadnt thought about it... I dont play it, after Halo 2 I just thought "No." plain and simple.

well:

- Gamers that think they are "the boss" (happens in almost every mmo or team fps)
- bad loosers, worst experience I had being in Demon's Souls, when I invaded a guy and after 30 min duel, I killed him, I sent a message saying that it was a great duel (we used every trick on the book), and he answered saying that he was going to report me, and keep sending messages until I blocked him.

Well, if they're people like me, their Internet bandwidth is beyond crap sometimes and they can't exactly help it. Believe me, if you're having trouble hitting them, they can't hit ANYTHING. They might not even be able to shoot properly. I know; it's happened to me a lot on any game when one of my siblings decides to use the Internet while I'm trying to play online.

But anyway;
People who run off in their own on L4D2 is a big one.
Another would be little shits accusing you of hacking when you're playing legitimately.
People spawn-killing you. (Not as bad if the map is chaos and it can't be helped sometimes; not so if they are camping at the spawn point)

Actually, on that note, I actually ran into people who thought 'spawn-killing' was 'killing someone as soon as YOU spawn' rather than 'killing someone as soon as they spawn'... they were doing the latter all the damn time, naturally. I wish I was kidding.

Some people make me wish I could warp my foot through the screen and cave their faces in... that would be an awesome superpower to have, actually.

Being randomly booted from an online game. Seriously, start a vote kick and everyone will kick you.

Also, L4D2, last night. I was the only man still standing on my team. I ran a few centimetres to the safe room because there was no way I could save the pricks. They vote booted me off.

I hate playing Halo or COD online cuz almost everyone on there spends half their existence doing it so you haven't a hope of having any fun.
It's basically spawn..1...2...killed...respawn...instant killed...respawn...1...killed. Boring as hell.

When I first started playing L4D I got good team mates who were friendly and helpful but recently they are all jerk off who reckon they rule...then get you killed...and then call you shit for getting killed.

I will say that I quit out of every Guitar Hero 3 game were the opponent picked Through the Fire and Flames. I mean, that's just a wank off song. Oh look at me I am soooooooo cool cuz I practised TTF&F for 5hrs before owning you. Eff off.

Lag. On either end, really. My connection can be disasterously slow at times and when you have to wait for your character to stop flipping out (usually getting killed during a fit of it) its amazingly unfun.
And of course you get shouted at for it, but obviously that's my fault for not knowing when the connection is going to stop being decent.
