What has pissed you off the most when you game online?

Here's a good one: I just joined a game of tf2, 2fort, it's six v six and our intel is in the enemy base, groundfloor. I don't know what's going on yet, (nobody's got mics)and so I go scout to rush over, y'know. Run out of spawn, killed by an enemy sentry. "Well, this explains why they've got our intel" I say. Only nobody else is dead on my team. Turn spy, slip out of spawn cloaked, and on our battlements, with the intel in the enemy base and half to respawn with no defenders and a senrty facing our spawn in the next room over, are five. FIVE. Five. Five snipers scoped in on our battlements.

I like L4D(2) a lot, but there are some major annoyances that sadly cannot be stopped. Rage quiting in L4D is so much worse than in any other game because you'll be at a major disadvantage with a bot. There are people that team kill then quit the game because they think they're funny. There are jerks that think people without mics are always crappy teammates (use the user interface and pay attention to visual and audio cues, mics are not necessary to be a good teammate).

Another thing that I hate that goes for online gaming in general is team stacking. I hate that some people would rather win a match in under a min then lose a long well fought match. The team stacking in one of the TF2 servers I frequent (I get good ping, it's full 24/7, and rotates through most of the maps) is ridiculous. The same group of guys go in the same team and totally roll the other team. One time one of the regulars got stuck on the sucky team and declared "This is why we stack teams!" when he lost the match. He then proceeded to go to spectator mode to what for a spot to open on the stacked team.
However, it's so satisfying when occasionally the non-stacked team wins.

Probably MW2 multiplayer. I find it similar to CS:S, only the good players have all the good weapons and perks. I am terrible at it, my K-DR is awful, but I play it anyway. Mainly because that is basically the entire game.
Spec-ops is awesome though, except I only have one friend that has MW2 for PC. And he doesn't want to play it all the time

Only 3 times? Yeah, many times the matches aren't going to pleasant, but when you do get into a good match it's one of best experiences in online gaming.

Rage-quitters in DotA/HoN.

People who suck so hard they shouldn't have played a team game in the first place. Like über-feeder-n00bs in DotA/HoN, especially if they're the ego-centric arrogant kind, who'll feed and then yell at you for not playing right/saving their ass, then they get pissed and purposely feed or killsteal and ragequit.

Teamkillers

People who scream and pant into their headsets so you'd think they we're beeing ass-raped or something.

Level Judgers- Only once, but it was annoying. Kid was whining about, "Oh, look at the noob, he's only lvl 38 (MW2 and about me and my level)." It was Free For All, basically making the kid seem even more like an ass and I got second place, one of my friends getting first.

Lag- A lot of people call this just an excuse because you suck, but it has legitimately gotten me killed more times than I care to count.

I joined a server for the Half-Life mod, Insurgency full of assholes. There were dozens of people spewing off racist comments, some harassing a player who may/may not have been a girl, and several spraying pornographic (I'm not just talking naked ladies, I'm talking obscene spit-roasting and bukkake here.) tags even though they were all against the rules. The admin was online, but did nothing. Then someone sprayed a tag of two men kissing chastely and everyone freaked and the admin kicked him because "that was disgusting."

Usually it's assholes you end up playing with. I don't mind vulgarity (I'm no saint either) and I'll even take racist/homophobic/sexist remarks with a grain of salt, but what pisses me off, what really irks me to no end is the fucking spamming. They talk all the time about insubstantial things and not only does it take up a good portion the screen (Metal Gear Online is particularly guilty of this), but there is also that nibbling little thought at the back of your head that you might miss a comment you actually want to read and you end up inadvertantly splitting your vision between the chat box and what actually goes on in the bloody game. And these idiots won't shut up at any point in the game. Surely if you're able to spray down half the enemy team with your MP5 and type five messages at the same time, you've had far too much time in your hands to develop this somewhat impressive, but entirely insubstantial skill!

Oh and AWPs. I hate AWPs.

I can pretty much put up with anything, however when playing MMO's I hate the fact that when you get up to the level cap, the casual gamer is penalized.

Overcompetitive dousches mostly, you know those people who take the game way too seriously an example I heard this in an UNRANKED, SOCIAL playlist that means this gametype is supposed to be just for fun "Dude, are you gay? Or do you suck cock?" It doesn't even make sense, and thats only one of the gems I've heard on Halo 3.

Another time quite possibly the biggest dousch in the multiverse decided to plug in his mike (when noboady else had there's plugged in) and cuss out the other team before the game started I hate those arrogant fucks who talk shit in the pre-game lobby

My worst online experience was a teammate cursing me for doing well. I just shook my head, turned off the console, and never bothered to play online again.

Yeah thats XBL for you your teammates yell at you if you do bad, and the other team yells it you if you do good basically if you win, they yell at you, if you lose they yell at you its a lose-lose situation
