Never thought my first actual thread would be in the advice forum but here goes;

I moved to Reykjavík (capital of Iceland)this autumn and previously lived in a town of about 300 people, and soon after moving here I went back into Taekwondo practising like I had back home, and practising in the same place is a girl, one year younger than I am, and to begin with I thought she was kinda cute but didn't do anything about it, two weeks ago I found out she has had a kind of crush on me since middle of November and now we've talked a bit but mostly via texting, IMing and web-cam+microphone chats because I went back to 300Town to work for the holidays and she told me she's never watched a horror movie but would want to watch one with me, she has also clarified she does NOT want blood n' gore horror movies so Saw, Feast and all those movies are off-limits. What movie should I watch with her? Thanks in advance :)
TL;DR : What horror movie should one show to a girl you like without to much blood splatter?

The human centipide?....NO WAIT NOT THAT!!!!!

Idle Hands (if you can get it) is a good one. Not really a horror film but more a comedy, still has gore though.

One that you've seen before so you don't jump and scream like a little girl.

Some of the Japanese ones are pretty good and scary. I really hated(as in good) The Grudge. That kid scared the shit out of me. There is an american version of that as well. The Ring, not as good as The Grudge, but it was still scary. Both not gory.

What's that one about? Sounds kinda freaky to be honest :p

Yeah, Grudge is pretty intense, but seeing as it's her first time EVER watching a horror movie I plan to try not to make her too afraid...You know, because she can kick my ass faster than I can put a tie on.

Idol Hands. It's a catchy, dark humor horror movie and it has Jessica Alba in it. Win win? :]
Doesn't he cut his hand off and kill his two best friends on screen in that one though? :)
It is supposed to be a horror movie, no? ;P

If anything, it will make her laugh, which is probably one thing most women, or most people like to do. <3
hah, true, I was kinda looking for a psycho thriller like Silent Hill games style (old ones, where you could go for half an hour without meeting a single monster and still be on the edge of your seat) but I might go for Idle Hands, thanks :D

Ever heard of chucky? Or maybe you've heard of good guy dolls.

This new christmas thing called good guy dolls. One of them gets possessed by a multi murder voodoo practitioner. And shit ensues. Go for it, there is blood but it could be worse and its classic.

I would show her the romantic horror film Re-Animator. It is a heart warming tale of love and death. Oh, and there's a scene with a zombie with a decapitated head gives head to a trapped girl.

1408. No real gore, mostly psychological. Bout an evil hotel room that drives people insane. Widely regarded as better than the short story by stephen king that it was adapted from.

Any blood is in the form of minor injuries, and even then, its scarce.

Ooh, beaten to Human Centipede. But in all seriousness, don't go for something too heavy I guess, maybe an older one? Halloween, Scream and their likes perhaps? 1408 is also a great suggestion. One of the better horror movies I've seen in the past few years.
