What if Anime Humans were a real Species?

I'm not much of an anime fan, but I've always wondered what it would be like if these characters existed as a separate species from humans.

Think about it. As humans are different in their ethnicity, the anime species could vary depending on the form of animation.

Personally I'd find it kinda creepy fascinating. High pressure blood, oversized eyes, it would be a very surreal experience to coexist in a world alongside a species prone to minimal movement punctuated by sudden bursts of mobility.

Oh dear gods. That... would be strange, to say the least. And that's only if you count "anime people" as their appearance. If they also had all the other tropes that come with anime, (facefaulting, blush stickers, color failure, etc.) then that'd be even stranger.
That said, purebred humans would eventually die out as more and more people married anime people.

However, I think I would enjoy the experience, especially with genetic combinations like Shoggoth2588 described. Trippy, but interesting.

OT: It'd be very cool to see, but we could never be safe. All the bad guys threatening the world, long battles and lots of talking, plus (as someone said above) one character could merk us all, despite out tech. Then again, fire would be super-effective, along side computer viruses, hackers, memes and the good ol' rubber (eraser).

That would be hilarious.

"The male aproaches the female cautiously, viewing the breasts of the female. The males have a tendancy to go for the female breasts that are larger than their own head. The male is now directly infront of the female. The female, wearing a tight school uniform including a short skirt is giving off "fan service" to attract the male's attension to the areas of sexual arousal.

If we listen closely we can hear the female's mating call.

The male recoils as fast as possible and flees. This male did not realise that this female character had a bad english dub as listening to them during the mating season would cause even the toughest of the anime species to break down. In rare cases, minds have been known to aspload so approach with care.
