I haven't but I doubt it would be very compelling entertainment wise. Also hair is affected by gravity and therefore cannot grow towards the sky and resemble a blazing flame without some kind of gel holding it together. Unless you have an afro, it is just not natural.

These anime humans would become the ultimate soldiers. Their ability to keep fighting no matter how much damage they take in battle will be vastly superior to regular humans. As long as their [anime human's]convictions are solid and they are fighting for friendship, they will never fall. They will also all look like models, and perhaps use insanely oversized weapons.

Heh, heh, heh. Life'd be so much more interesting. I don't watch much anime, just the stuff based on video games, AKA Pokemon and a bit of that half-decent MegaMan NT Warrior show, but I understand that they do some pretty flashy stuff... Plus, everyone'd be carrying swords or something, which is a plus, and more people would have things like blue hair, red eyes or heterochromia (2 different eyes). I'd like to have one red eye and one blue one... I can't convince my parents to let me get coloured contacts, sadly.

Things such as pokemon and yugi-oh that kids get beaten up for would then be the one thing that every kid wanted. Even the friendliest sports such as soccer of baseball would become very, VERY dangerous, and whenever you get angry, you could stretch your face in such ways as to make you look like a demon from the deepest bowls of hell.

It would be fun, and exciting, but I'd be lucky enough to last 20 minutes.
