What If Fluttershy's past was faked (read and it might make sense)

I've come up with a 2nd possible theory as to why Fluttershy is so shy and has these random outbursts of anger and rage. Though bear with me, this may get convoluted and would most likely have to be simplified for the show.
 
What if the reason Fluttershy's backstory & parents are rarely explained is because Fluttershy actually doesn't remember her true past. What if her father was a hardcore war leader and Flutershy, or her actual name, Slash Wing was forced to volunteer. Thus strenghening her to be a brave, tough, and badass war pegasus. But after some sort of slip up, her father decided to disown her.

So he had a spell casted that had Slash Wing's memory resetted almost completely, gave her a new identity and personality, and banished her from Cloudsdale to Ponyvile. All the memories of the life Fluttershy thought she had on cloudsdale were actually faked from the spell. The reason she's so shy and cowardly is because that was the new personality programed by the spell. And the reason she has these freakish displays for rage and/or courage is because her past training still remains in her psyche. To this day, Fluttershy remains unaware of her true past.
 
Now I understand there may be some plot holes in this headcannon. Like how did she come to know Rainbow then, or how did she ACTUALLY get her cutie mark. But this is just a rough idea for now, If I come up with a way to fill in these holes, I'll update the post. But what do you think so far?

I starting to think you may have an obession toward Fluttershy. You better not keep this up unless you want to be the new EN on here.

OT- Enope, I'm just assuming the writers haven't come up with a proper origin for Fluttershy just yet (maybe in season 5?).

Her shyness plus random outbursts of anger, traits which have been a part of her character long before her backstory was ever developed? I'm pretty sure that's just a "quirky twist" on the typical shy/quiet character to give her a bit more depth and versatility as a character.

You're forgetting that MLP is, first and foremost, a TV show. The characters were created with a very simple and very distinct set of quirks and traits to make them amusing for children and easy to write stories about. Perhaps you can dig around and find "evidence" to explain this or that trait, but whatever you come up with will have all been created AFTER the character's personalities were set in place. If that means something to you then that's fine, but that doesn't mean it was all a part of some grand scheme on the part of the creators.

The further fleshing out of the characters and world of MLP is purely reactionary, based on the fan's desires for such details. Any more recent information that you can piece together to explain the past is only retroactive, not something planned from the beginning.

Seems rather convoluted and dark given the target audience. Remember, bronies never were and still aren't the intended demographic, so don't expect the show's staff to weave a tale of war and sorrow.

Don't forget the old saying, "still waters run deep." Speaking as a rather shy and introverted person, I don't lose my temper all that much. But when I do...hoo boy. That's just who I am, not the product of some artificial external influence.

But hey, it's fine if that's what you want to think. Nobody's stopping you from making it your own personal headcanon (unless the show reveals Fluttershy's complete origin story at some point).

Has there ever been an episode where one of the horses is having a whizz, and someone is trying to talk, but every time they go to say something the horse wees a little more and obscures the sound? I mean, horses can go for a long time, like, easily an episode worth.

Different guy. The one behind those was originally known as EternalNothingness, but had his name changed to Commander PonyShep before getting himself banned.

Now directly insulting another Escapist member - maybe even a banned one - is against the CoC, so I won't comment on him directly. What I will say though is that the OP here doesn't seem to be hostile or on the verge of getting mod-wrathed, so as far as I'm concerned she / he can ramble about all the headcannon conspiracies she / he wishes.

As for the OP itself: No, I highly doubt it. Nothing in the show even slightly hints at any of this, and to be honest none of the writers on the show are so bad as to write a backstory like this. I'm gonna be blunt with you here, this entire headcannon of yours is outright dreadful and absolutely screams "I'm a bad fanfiction". Not saying you're a bad person yourself in any ways, OP, just that this story of yours is simply terrible and is beneath even the worst writers on the show. I genuinely mean no offense by anything I'm saying here, nor do I mean this to be a personal attack in any way.

He was banned at the end of August. I do believe he posts around in other forums, as a quick Google search for "Commander PonyShep" leads to quite a few accounts in other forums that are undoubtedly him, though whether or not he's gotten himself banned from those places, I could not say.

Dude, stop trying to traumatize the poor character. It's not surprising that a shy and/or kind character has an occasional outburst. Heck, the expression "Beware the nice ones" describes exactly that phenomena! No convoluted explanations needed.
