Seeing as everyone has said Fallout 3, i'd have to say the Kirby series, but that would be a disaster, a pink puff ball breaking into your home and eating everyone!
Unreal Tournament 3, just started playing its fun, would end up blowing my self up with the rocket or shooting my foot with the link gun a few times
The world would be fucked if my favorite game came alive.
We would need to build barriers!

-well, everyone will start speaking complete gibberish(oh, and many evil demons will overrun the world) but whole would becomes a woodcut and anyone with a semblance of art skills will become heroes. Plus the whole world will be amazing looking and filled with interesting characters. Oh, and whenever we run we leave flowers growing behind us
-I'll be able to enter TV's, summon my inner most demons to defeat other demons, make many friends (some intimately) and becoming stronger as a result, oh and meeting many people(specially chicks) and an adorable bishounen in a bear suit
-Being able to kick demonic mooks to the next galaxy, holding the power of god in my right arm, spank girl mooks and fighting the likes of midget power rangers and a gorrilla luchadore... unless I end up a human hostage of said demonic mooks and have to be rescued.
-watching a tiny kid pull a meteor out of the sky and ram it into some monsters(or me if i piss him off enough), being able to pull of physics defying stunts if I practise with a weapon enough. Meeting or being reincarnated as a penguin who explodes when thrown and able to summon a giant mecha that leaves a penguin shaped mushroom cloud,dood.meeting etna...
-the world becomes like morrowind(this ones a tricky one to figure out...)

Nothing special would happen in my favorite game, it may very well be true now. We won't really know until 2160, if it is true there will be a "Jovian Moons Campaign." (guess which game that is)
Heh it'd be Final Fantasy; when I walk to work or Polytech sometimes I'd randomly end up fighting monsters that came out of nowhere to some epic music. It'd make conversations a bit more geeky though... "Hey, what's new?" "Oh you know, went to work, did some shopping, oh I levelled up on the way home, that was cool".
