I'm mostly a Clarinet player (better part of 11 years now), but I also pose as a saxophone player when needed, I play guitar well enough to teach beginners, I don't totally suck at viola and flute, and I can hack on a piano a little bit.

I'm just taking the piss.

Honestly, while CSound *technically* has the potential to be the most powerful (offline rendering) instrument ever made, if you actually get your music performance jollies by writing thousands of lines of code from with a 3300+pg Opcode referance book in your lap, you're probably a bit 'off' as a person.

Harmonica is about it really, still learning the ropes for that though. As well as for my acoustic guitar.

I play the BC Baritone. And, no. It is not a tuba! People always call it a tuba and it is not a tuba. The tuba is bigger and lower. I play a little higher and it is smaller. Bugs me when people always call it wrong.

Edit: Also, I am looking to play electric guitar but can't afford lessons. Any free online courses?

2004 Fender Telecaster Rick Parfitt Signature model
1977 Japanese made Fender Telecaster
1988 Gibson Les Paul Standard
1975 Fender Telecaster Deluxe
2010 Gibson Les Paul Studio
2010 Burns Cobra
2006 Mexican Fender 'Power Strat'
2002 Aria semi-acoustic

I like guitars. My main ones would be the Rick Parfitt, the Studio and the Cobra though. The others either aren't really mine or I just don't like any more.

I play, at the moment, a bit of blues harp.

Mostly I sing, though. Folk songs.

Used to be fairly proficient at clarinet and saxophone, though.

I play flute, both metal and bamboo (prefer bamboo, get more range), tabla, and harmonium.

Piano since 6, violin since 8, pipe organ in high school (hardest instrument ever D: ) and I did mallet percussion for a few years in school.

Pretty much only play the piano now. Classical.

Been playing a grand piano for a couple years. But my interest in the aforementioned instrument has only just recently begun to bloom. Now, what was just a small diversion has become a borderline passion!

As much as I love the thing though, I would kill to have the chance to try my hand at violin!...Even if many friends and family have said it's extremely difficult to learn how to play.

I play an acoustic guitar. I've only had it for a year, and I have been taking weekly lessons about that long. I feel fairly confident with it, and I can play the intro to the song 'Wish You Were Here' very well. So well, in fact, I pulled off a bit of a trick last night: I lay on my back and played it without looking, my head flat on the floor. It probably doesn't seem like much to a veteran guitarist, but I felt pretty smooth.
This is what she looks like exactly:

People outside of band can recognize only these instruments: Trumpet, Flute, Saxophone, and Tuba.
This does remind me of a question on Cash Cab once:"What double reeded instrument is two octaves lower than an oboe?"
"...a beatbox?"
I raged at the TV that night.
OP: I play Trombone, and trying to explain to people that it is not, in fact, impossible to remember slide positions gets tiring.

I play guitar, a Schecter C-1 Classic. It's sexy enough. My amp is a Line 6 Spider III, which is good because it means I don't have to buy lots of pedals to get the effects I need to dick around with echo and phasers and stuff.

What's sad is we had a high performance, brass band come and play and they all called the Baritone a Tuba. Including the Baritones! Most people just aren't music savvy I guess.
