What inventions would you hope to exist in your old age

A holo-deck is all I ask for. Everything else can stay the same, but I'd want a holo-deck to live out my wildest dreams (battle aliens on a distant planet, visit the perfect utopia, etc...). Heck, I believe that the holo-deck will be humanity's last invention because it eliminates the need to go out and live life.
