Turning Point: Fall of Liberty (360/PS3/PC) - A "What if" senario FPS about (super) Nazis invading and subsequently taking over the US and UK that has you playing as a resistance fighter trying to take it all back. It had a cool premise, a neat art direction, and easily one of the best musical scores ever recorded for a game.
It also happened to be a buggy, pourly designed, unplayable mess of stiff controls and horrendous graphics.
Yes, this game may be recent, but God damnit this has a shit ton of potential (see also Damnation and Darkest of Days)!
Urban Chaos...2? - Urban Chaos: Riot Response for the PS2 and Xbox was actually a pretty fun FPS: It had some ridiculously awesome set pieces, "So bad it's great" story and narrative, tons of weapons, and you can drop an elevator on a dude while he insults your mother. Once you beat the game, however, there's pretty much nothing else to do except aquire all the upgrades(which mostly consisted of increased ammo capacity anyway...however trudging through a level with a mini gun with infinite ammo is kinda fun at first).
Look Rocksteady, I'd buy another Urban Chaos if it had an over haul of the things I just stated, plus more varied objectives and enemies, and more "hostage situations", those were awesome.
Viewtiful Joe 3 - Capcom...you know what you're not doing. Glad to see he was in Tatsunoku VS. Capcom and hoping he's in MVC3, but I'm for the follow up to that cliff hanger you left us with in Joe 2.
